Providing, fitting, installation and testing of 4000 GPH x (10-15) meter head mono-submersible (mono block) stand by pump set at WSS Pernote Stage-0, Job includes installation of mono submersible pump set in position, with proper alignment and fixing, connection with delivery pipeline and electrical system, and conducting necessary no-load and full-load trials to ensure satisfactory performance. Complete job includes cost of equipment’s and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, head load charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Job also includes providing, fitting installation and testing of 3-Phase semi automatic DOL starter (01 No) for operation of mono submersible pump with single phase protection of reputed make( Havells/L&T/equivalent) conforming to the relevant ISI/ISO standards. Job also includes providing and laying of suitable size 3-Core flat submersible cable of reputed make confirming to the relevant ISO/ISI standards (length as per site conditions). Testing the installed equipments at no load/on load conditions to ensure satisfactory performance. Complete job includes cost of equipment’s and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, head load charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc.
