Taking down cement plaster on brick wall of any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n-exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete work (RCC water tank) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of tiles/ cement concrete (unreinforced) from existing roof/terrace etc and also removing/taking down of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position including cleaning the surfaces of roof etc with wire brush complete and removing the retrieved debris in low lying area, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and removing from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/Slabs/blankets of any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or rubble stone masonry including all quoins arches, pillars etc. built in cement mortar and including removal from the site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling framed timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section and in any position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 including, surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in copings, bed plate, fillets and other similar works including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for (10+10) mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 10mm) mixed with water proofing compound in top layer 200 ml per beg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item.)

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering plastering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) and surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces over a coat of alkali resistant primer and 2 mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including washing down with water and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls surfaces over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of approved primer or elastomeric base coating as specified by the manufacturer, followed by allowing it to dry under torch-dry condition for a minimum of 8 hours. Thereafter, two coats of waterproofing decorative elastomeric coating shall be applied with a minimum dry film thickness of 100 microns. The surface shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hours between coats. The work shall include all necessary scaffolding and shall be carried out strictly as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including washing down with water and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over and applying 3 mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The above mentioned treatment to be done by the contractor from authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and necessary documents for authentication shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE in this regard.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including griding & polishing with complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Hole to be provided in granite slab for gas pipe in kitchen platform etc.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:4 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Kota stone flooring 20-25 mm thick and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in with grey cement and pigment laid over floor and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20 mm thick screed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, bed block for filing hollow space of steel chowkhats, fixing of hold fast, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) , as in under layer levelling course for Bath, WC floor below tiles finished even and rough mixed with RCC roof surface to achieve required slope including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item.)

M&L for 25 mm thick for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub-base, flooring etc, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in chajjas, beam, column, roof, landing, shelf, platform, facia and like, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) , as in floor finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring, plinth protection/footpath finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade "A", complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. .frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail,; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of pressed steel frames (Size-105X60mm) for doors with one or more rebates incl necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Pressed steel frames of size 125x60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 35 mm thick second class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc sizes of member (Bottom 250mm, stiles 100mm, top 120mm & lock rail 160mm wide) as specified in SSR part I section & clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 18/19 mm thick block board, grade 1 quality, exterior grade, decorative type, both faces as in cabinet, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of external teak wood lipping 6mm thick and 18/19mm wide extra over rates of block board or veneered particle board fixed with nails, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for second class hard wood plain fillets, square or rectangular or triangular in section, bull nosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face having sectional area exceeding 03 sqcm but not exceeding 06 sqcm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Weight of Aluminium sections for frames and shutters shall be only considered for payment. Cost of other consumables required for the item shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. However glass panes / wire cloth only will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only. Fixing by element of these items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 4 mm thick sheet glass of ordinary quality in squares not exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane glazing with oil putty complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 4 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wood or wood based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, weather shades, corbels, water troughs and similar items including edges, rough finished surfaces of concrete flat etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(Note :- The finish of the surfaces to be matched with the existing surface. WPC shall be measured & paid separately as supply only).

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-O, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cementitious elastomeric waterproofing coating on a clean and pre-dampened surface using a brush, roller, trowel, or spray. Each coat shall not exceed 1 mm in thickness. After application, allow initial air-drying for 3 to 6 hours without any water curing during this period. Once the surface has sufficiently hardened, carry out fog spraying with clean water to keep the waterproofed surface damp for 2 to 3 days, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per manufacturer’s instructions.
