Tender No: BK/TS/900/2022-23/22 NOTE: 1.0 The total figure in cell No. "BA24" is inclusive of Service Charges @10% (As per DGR Guideline) & exclusive of GST. Accordingly, for quoting, select "At par" option from dropdown in Cell "E25"& fill Zero in Cell "F25" . 2.0 Please enable macros before filling the rates to see the quoted figures in words. 3.0 Name of the bidder is to be filled by the bidder. No chnages shall be made by the bidder to S.No., Unit, Quantity, Rate etc. 4.0 In case of any difference in item description/ quantity/unit in BOQ then item description/ quantity/unit given in the tender document shall prevail. 5.0 GST as applicable shall be paid extra upon submission of documentary proof. 6.0 The rates and amounts mentioned below are based on DGR wage notification no. 1/4(6)/2022-LS-II dated 31.03.2022 w.e.f. 01-04-2022. 7.0 Services charges @10% Fixed is applicable in this tender and same is already included in per month wage calculation of guards. 8.0 Break up of wage structure for Unarmed security guards and Supervisor is provided in Annexure - A/B of Scope of Work. 9.0 Scanned / Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected.
