M&L de- scaling the shell and tube of condensor by circuilating de-scaling chemical applying for 2 to 3 hours and including opening the end cover of condensor and cleaning inner tubes manually with the help of nylon / wire brush until complete scale to be removed and flush out with fresh water, reassembling the end cover including replacement of gasket, bolts, nuts etc, as required and commissioning for the following complete all as specified and directed :-

M&L pumping down the gas of the central AC plant of following capacities and including the pressure testing the complete plant by dry nitrogen gas by separating high side and low side, rectifying and sealing the leakage by gas welding / brazing pressure, completely vaccuming the system and re-charging the system with R133a or R 407C gas or as mentioned in the AC plant system, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed:- Note :- Supply only nitrogen gas and refrigerant will be measured and paid separately.
