Material and labour for taking down window type Air Conditioner of 1.0 TR/1.5 TR / 2.0 TR, cleaning completely the cooling coil initially with hand blower, spraying with soap water solution and finally clean with clear water and refixing at same location with complete testing all as directed.

Dismantling covers of out-door and in-door units of split type Air Conditioner of capacity 1.0TR/1.5TR/2.0TR, cleaning completely the condenser coil and cooling coil initially with hand blower, spraying with soap water solution and finally clean with clear water, re-fixing the covers in same position complete as directed.

Carrying out pressure leak test by Nitrogen gas pressure for detecting leak in condensing unit refrigerant pipe and repairing the leak by welding or brazing of condensing unit and refrigerant pipe, putting under pressure for leak checking after repairs of leak pipe excluding gas charging and transporting & carrying out T&P required at site for Window type AC of capacity up to 2.0 TR all as specified and directed.

Labour only for collecting the complaints of various wards/departments etc pertaining to Split/window type Acs of any capacity/make from concerned JE E/M of AGE E/M, attending these at site to asses the actual fault after opening of ACs and fixing only spares required to make it fully functional in all respect and handing over the report duly signed by the user by name to concern JE E/M all as directed. Note :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate Items Nos. 7.01 to 7.20 here-in- after.
