Annual rate contract for removing of leakage and chocking in various type/ size pipe line under Rural Sub Division Ratangarh.

Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/ Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given bewlo by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe end, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe & up to ground level for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required form store. (Required material such as pipe piece, CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) in all type soil AC/PVC/HDPE pipe 50/63/75 mm

Replacement of CI/DI double flange sluice valves, non return valves, butter fly valves etc. in existing Distribution/Rising main/ Transmission Main pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including providing and fixing MS Nut and Bolt and rubber gasket, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangment at site and then refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe & upto ground level for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required mateiral from store. (Required material such as Valve, Tail piece, CID joints etc. shall be provided by Department free of cost.) In all type Soil 80 mm

Labour charges for removal of complaint of polluted water supply to the consumers. Survey of the locality of polluted water supply for preliminary assessment of source of pollution during supply hours.

Labour charges for digging of pit of suitable size for removal of water pollution on existing distribution AC/PVC/uPVC/HDPE pipe lines up to 1.5 mtr depth including cutting of pipe and assessment of direction of flow of polluted water during non supply hours, identifying the source of pollution and repairing of fault in pipe line by fixing of pipe piece with jointing material (pipe and jointing material shall be supplied by department) to make it leak proof and then refilling the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at site of pipe up to ground level.
