The shutters should be fixed with required nos of heavy duty box hinges of 10 mm size. With the dimension of the outer opening of the loop hole box being 900mm x 800mm. MS tower bolt 2 Nos 16 mm dia 200 mm long to be provided to shut the doors. The doors should be opening inside with locking arrangement in the form of hook of 6 mm dia to prevent the door from closing back again whenever required. Edges of the Loop Holes to be chamfered evenly. All steel parts shall be conforming to IS-226 & prepainted with two coats of OG colour over one coat of red oxide. SAIL/TATA/ISPAT/JINDAL brand iron parts to be used for the loophole fabrication.

Steel door of size 750x1800 mm shall be provided as per drawing. Main frame work shall be of MS angle 50x50x6 mm. MS sheet 2 mm thick shall be provided as cladding of the door with flat iron 25x4 mm bracings including locking arrangements on both sides of the shutters. The door shall be open-able inwards. The door shall have sliding opening 900mm x 250mm made of 14 guage MS sheet with handle, with 04 Nos 12mm dia guard bars at 1200 mm from bottom. Necessary handles and other fittings will be provided both sides of door. The door frame will have 06 Nos hold fast 200 mm long made of 50x6 mm flat iron. Job No will be engraved on the inner side. All steel parts shall be conforming to IS-226 and pre painted with two coats of OG colour over one coat of red oxide. SAIL/TATA/ISPAT/JINDAL STEEL branded iron parts to be used for the door fabrication.

MS sheet 2 mm thick shall be provided as cladding of the window with flat iron 25x4 mm bracings including locking arrangements on both sides of the shutters. The window shall be open-able inwards. Necessary handles and other fittings will be provided both sides of window. The window frame will have 04 Nos hold fast 200 mm long made of 50x6 mm flat iron. Double Sleeping Bunks (DSB) :- Prefabricated M S rectangular/Square tube complying with IS-4923 :1997 specification hollow section double sleeping bunks of size as shown in drawing and tech specification.Bunks should be suitable for fixing 1800mm x 900mm x 12mm thick ply wood sleeping surface for two persons and to be painted of two caot of red oxide and two caots of black paints at factory or on site after assembling. The upper and lower sleeping platform should be detachable and all joints and frame work should be as shown in the drawing. Additionally 02 x Head rest frame with plywood and 02 x leg side frame shall be provided as per steel specification and dimensions given in drawing with provisioning of holes including nut and bots suitable for covering the DSB into two single sleeping bunks as and when req.

Glazing on front 3 sides of bunker:- 15 mm thick high quality one sided tempered glass fixed with Anodized aluminium powder coated frame with one or more rebates including joining cleat size 1350mm x 750mm. The one sided tempered glass shall be conforming to IS-2835. Make of one sided tempered glass :- SAINT GOBAIN, AASHI & MODI FLOAT GLASS, MIRAGE TOUGHENED GLASS PVT LTD, AVON TUFF, ATG TOUGHENED GLASS. The weight of aluminium frame not less than 1.00 kg/Rm. Angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm to be provided with M S flat of size 40mm x 5mm to be rear. All as per drg No 10/10. The store rack shelves 04 in Nos to be of plywood of 12mm thick of synthetic resin Bonded Grade Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) type, termite resistant and treated with preservative shall be used as based over the iron frame. The store rack shall be detachable, modular and capable of assembling at site. The rack to be painted with two coats of red oxide and two coats of black paint at factory or on site after assembling.
