WOODWORK & FURNISHINGS FULL HEIGHT SHELVE WOODWORK AND DOOR BETWEEN CHAIRMAN CABIN AND RESTING AREA WITH COMPLETE FINISHES WITH HARDWARE

WOODEN PATTA IN FALSE CEILING WITH 1.0 MM LAMINATE FINISH Providing and fixing decorative wooden patta (batten) in false ceiling, fabricated from approved size BWP/Marine Grade plywood/MDF as specified, finished with 1.0 mm thick premium decorative laminate of approved make, shade and texture on exposed surfaces. The work shall include necessary internal framework/supports, edge finishing, adhesive, screws, cutting, shaping, alignment, fixing to the false ceiling framework, and all labour, tools, scaffolding and incidental works required for complete installation, as per approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC MOULDING IN WALL PANELLING AND WOODEN PANELLING Providing and fixing decorative PVC moulding of approved profile and dimensions on existing/proposed wall panelling and wooden panelling, including cutting, shaping, mitred joints, adhesive fixing, finishing, surface preparation and painting/polish as required to achieve a uniform appearance. The work shall include all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding and incidental works complete as per approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

EXISTING DOOR RENOVATION Providing and carrying out renovation of existing wooden door by cutting and modifying the shutter to accommodate a glass vision panel of approved size. The work shall include supplying and fixing 5 mm thick clear toughened glass (or approved equivalent), necessary wooden beading, finishing of cut edges, touch-up polishing/painting to match existing finish, hardware adjustments, labour, tools, consumables and all incidental works required for complete installation as per approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTICE BOARD Providing and fixing notice board of approved size, comprising soft board/cork board backing with fabric finish and anodized aluminium frame, complete with necessary fixtures, fasteners, edge trims and mounting accessories. The board shall be fixed securely to the wall at the designated location, including all labour, materials, tools, transportation and incidental works required for complete installation as per approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

DESIGNER BLINDS Providing and fixing designer window blinds of approved make, type, shade and pattern, fabricated from high-quality polyester/PVC fabric or equivalent material, complete with powder-coated aluminium head rail, bottom rail, operating mechanism, control chain/cord, brackets and all necessary accessories. The blinds shall be custom-made to the required size and installed complete with all fixings, fasteners, labour, tools and incidental works as per approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

ETCHING FILM ON EXISITING AND NEW DOORS Providing and fixing decorative etched/frosted self-adhesive film of approved make, design and pattern on existing glass doors, including cleaning and preparation of the glass surface, accurate cutting, alignment, bubble-free application, trimming and finishing. The work shall include all materials, labour, tools, consumables and incidental works complete in all respects as per approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

METAL LOGO IN POWDER COATING GOLDEN FINISH Providing, fabricating and fixing custom-made metal logo of approved design, size and thickness, manufactured from MS/SS/Aluminium as specified, finished with premium quality powder coating in golden finish. The work shall include laser cutting, edge finishing, necessary supports, spacers, fixing hardware, alignment, installation, labour, tools, consumables and all incidental works complete in all respects as per approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

ELECTRIFICATION IN FALSE CEILING Providing and laying concealed electrical conduiting and wiring above false ceiling including PVC conduit, junction boxes, flexible conduits, saddles, bends, pull boxes, copper wiring, necessary supports, cutting, chasing, termination, connection for light fixtures, ceiling lights, strip lights, fans, AC points and other electrical fittings complete as per approved drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
