Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 25 mm thick

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. (DSR-11.27)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (DSR-15.60)

Providing and fixing golden champ wood chowkhat (kiln seasoned) 4 1/2" x 2 1/4"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and painting two coats of wood preserver to sides of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of painting two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wood primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of iron hinges, all necessary Aluminium fittings and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 2 nos. 3" hinges, 2 nos. Aluminium tower bolts 4", Aluminium handles 1 nos., I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes with beading when required over exixting chowkhat or fixed shutter or fixed portion or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
