ADDITION ALTERATION TO ROLLING SHUTTERS OF CERTAIN STORE HOUSES AT NSD (SEWRI) UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD.

Taking down rolling shutters area n.exc 10 sqm each and re-fixing to its original position after cleaning all parts, straightening rails, changing damaged strips, bottom rail,guide rail, helical spring worm gear, lock plate etc as required, greasing, oiling, servicing for smooth functioning of all parts complete all as directed. Note : 1 Necessary scaffolding/formwork/shuttering are deemed to be included in the quated rate. 2 Lath strips, bottom rail, spring,gears etc. will be measured and paid seperately

All as per item above but area of rolling shutter exc 10Sqm and n.exc 20 Sqm each

Supplying and fixing manually gear operated rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover. Note : 1 Necessary scaffolding/formwork/shuttering are deemed to be included in the quated rate.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

M&L for providing mechanical device chain and crank operation for operating rolling shutters exc. 16.8 sqm

M&L for providing grilled rolling shutters manufactured out of 8 mm dia M.S. bar instead of laths as per design approved by Engineer-in- charge, (area of grill to be measured).

Taking down gear box from existing position and repairing the gear shaft and plate, greasing, oiling etc for smooth working condition, provn of new gear in repair for gear box and re-fixing gear box to its original position after repairs all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel bottom rail with lock plate and two handles 150mm wide and 3mm thick including necessary locking arrangement on both sides and painting to bottom rail with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing over a shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.
