M&L for Maintenance / repairs to APFC panels, 3 phase AC 415 V, by skilled technician and replacement of unserviceable spares as specified below for capacities 40 to 200 KVAR including replacement of short circuited copper conductor cables with appropriate gauge PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cables and cleaning of all moving contacts of relay contactors, tightening of all terminals and testing afer repairs to ensure serviceability and corrected output at specified powerfactor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install capacitor metalized poly propylene ultra heavy duty (LTXL) for 3 phase ,440 V, 50 Hz System for permissible non- linear load 15% of the following capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Make : EPCOS/L&T/Havells/Siemens :-

M & L for Restrainingre of LT over head line single ACSR conductor comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as directed and as specified.

Trimming of tree branches upto 11m from ground level all along the over head electric supply lines, to clear all branches maintaining a clear distance of 1.5m from the conductors. The maximum average dia of branches shall not exceed 20cm. After trimming the cut pieces and branches are cleared from the road upto a distance 200m complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Required tools, ladder, Safety equipment etc. shall be arranged by the firm. (b) Area wise shut down to feeders shall be given on one day notice upto 4hrs.

Supply ,install testing and commisioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system conforming to IS: 3043 using 77mm dia 3000mm long copper rod with exothermic T point rod with long copper strip of size 50mm x 6 mm and 90 mm dia terminal pipe of thickness 1.6 mm and 3000 mm long with copper test certifcate 99.99%. The ground enhancing compound made of Marconite conductive aggregate (consist of Marconite resin-based cements, adhesive and gypsum plasters) shall not be less than 45 kg. The electrode shall be provided on its top with an earth termination clamp made out of electrolytic grade copper for connecting earth continuity conductor with copper wire. PCC chamber of size 300x300x300 mm with cover shall be provided on the top of the earth system on 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 bed concrete . The chamber shall burried in ground with top edge projecting upto 75 mm from ground surface complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 14:- . (i) The quoted rate shall include cost of copper strip 50mm x 6 mm upto 7.5 m length and bore in hard/disintegrated rock. . (ii) The earth resistance shall not be more than 01 ohm upto 5 years and contractor shall also deposit the security amount of Rs 2000/- per earthing as a gurrenttee for 5 years. . (iii) the size of bore should not be less than 1500 mm dia. MAKE-SN Engineering or equivalent from Marconite conductive aggregate.
