S/R to NH-55 to Gopalpur road via Laxminarayanpur road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size H.G. metal and 12.00 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12 cum of 12 mm size H.G. chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with P R R including hire and running charges of P R R and all other machineries etc complete.

Scarifying and removing the existing bituminous surface including picking up of the scarified materials and stacknig the usable materials within a lead of 100m and disposing of the non-usable materials clear of worksite / dumping yard within a distance of 1km in complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing W.B.M. of 75mm thick compacted thickness using Grade-III size of H G metal with Crusher Dust as binding materials with all cost carrrage royality, Taxes, of all materials, and labour for spading of metal and compacting with P.R.R. etc. complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and applying Primer Coat using bitumen emulsion on the prepared granular surface including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 Kg/Sqm using mech. means cleaning with hydraulic brooms including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen of 60/70 grade @ 0.3kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaning with hydraulic brooms including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen of 60/70 grade @ 0.2kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaning with hydraulic brooms including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MOSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works

Construction of embackemnt with approaved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads , transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specification for road & Bridges Work
