Supply, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of ‘Silent Type’ Diesel Generating set alongwith having Prime Power Rating of 125 KVA, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415 V AC System, comprising of Diesel Engine, Alternator, Engine Mounted instrument panel, Sound Attenuated Acoustic and weather proof enclosure as per CPCB-IV as required complete with all other accessories as per specifications and as required.

Diesel Engine: Diesel engine 4 cylinder, in-line 4 stroke, water cooled, with engine driven or electrical motor driven radiator, turbo charged - after / inter cooled with charged air cooling, vaccume indicator, lube oil system, electronic governor, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM for above output of alternator at 46 Degree C, and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000. The engine shall be fitted with all required accessories as per specifications.

Alternator Synchronous alternator rated at 125 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 degree C. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless excitation, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class - "H" Insulation.

Base Frame : Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on common base frame made of MS channel with vibration isolation arrangement and shall be installed on existing cement concrete foundation as per recommendations of manufacturer.

Exhaust System: Residential / Hospital type silencer, SS braided rubber expansion bellows/ joints, exhaust piping upto silencer etc. as required.

Starting System: 12 / 24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable 01 or 02 Nos. of batteries (12 / 24 V, 100 / 180 AH capacity) as required as per specifications.

Engine mounted Instrument panel with mocroprocessor based fully integrated generating set controller (PS0602 / KG640C / WOODWARD / DEIF or equivalent) having digital display & Control devices for safety and monitoring alongwith indicators as required as per specifications.

All the above housed in an Accoustic and weather proof enclosure of thickness not less than 1.4 / 1.5 / 1.6 mm CRCA sheet steel with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere complying to CPCB-IV norms etc. complete as required.

Diesel Generating set (125 KVA) as described above.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cubicle type LT panel,as per 61439-1 & 61439-2, suitable for 415V+/-10%, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system, fabricated in compartmentalized 4b modular design IP 42 for indoor & IP 65 for outdoor application, from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland, plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having TPN Aluminium alloy bus bars for high conductivity, SMC bus bar supports,with short circuit withstand capacity of 50 KA for 1 sec, Internal arc withstand capacity 50 KA for 0.3 second, minimum impact resistance IK10 with each compartment front & back sheet steel metal door, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common GI earth bar of size 50 mm x 6 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid / flexible connections from main bus bar to switchgears and from switchgear output to cable termination in cable alley with required size of AL conductors / bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FRLSH), cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, data logger for monitoring of power supply characteristics i/c providing following switchgears / accessories as per specifications.

Both Incoming cable connection suitable to receive 4 Nos 3.5core 500Sqmm Al.Ar. XLPE Cable. PLC based arrangement required for electrical interlocking among as per drawing. BUSCOUPLER 1 Nos 630 A, 50 kA, Air Circuit Breaker Horizontal drawout type of fault breaking capacity 50KA (Ics=lcu =Icw upto 433V) Electrical Draw Out Motorised operated,Independent Electrical / manual spring closing mechanism fitted with interlocked door, automatic safety shutters, mechanical ON/OFF and service/ test/isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, conforming to IS-13947-2 1993 as amended up-to-date complete with neccessary Auxillary contact & MCB as per Drawing/specification 1 Set Indication Lamps, LED type, for RYB with 2 Amp control MCB. 1 Set Breaker 'ON' , 'OFF', & spring charged indication lamps with 2 Amp MCB for controlling.

BUSBARS SECTION-I & II 4P aluminium bus bars of 800A capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves i/c SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of 50 KA for 1 sec. The Bus bars will be electrolytic grade E91 Aluminium. Panels will be powder coating (60-80micron as per IS:13871 for indoor and 90-100 micron for outdoor), include one size higher terminal block in cable alley and interconnecting wires between bus bars and terminals via MCB. All Bus-Bar alley and relay compartments shall be provide fully automatic control thermostat with strip heater. Each Bus Section with 1 No Surge protection device Type 1 ( Class B),true status indication, 7 Mode, spark gap type suitable for 10/ 350µs surge, Voltage Protection level Up < 4.0kV, Operating Temperature -40 deg 'c' - +80 deg 'C', Connected Between 3Nos. phase to neutral & 3Nos. phase to earth and 1Nos. neutral to earth with discharge Current Imax. ≥ 50KA Per mode & In ≥ 25kA per Mode. OUTGOING SECTION-I & II 4 Nos., 100 A, 4P, 36 kA (Ics = Icu = 36 KA) MCCB with adjustable setting, microprocessor release with O/L, S/C & inbuilt E/F protection. 6 Nos., 63 A, 4P, 36 kA (Ics = Icu = 36 KA) MCCB with adjustable setting, microprocessor release with O/L, S/C & inbuilt E/F protection.

MAIN L.T. PANEL (MSSR SWITCH ROOM)

Supply of 3.5 Core X 240 Sq.mm size. XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:7098 Part-I with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Supply of 4 Core X 25 Sq.mm size. XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:7098 Part-I with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Providing, fixing & pasting in position 1000 mm wide, Electrical Insulating Mats as per IS 15652:2006, 3mm thick, suitable for 3.3 KV, fire retardant, no effect of acids, alkalies and transformer oils, moisture proof, high tensile strength and (Anti slip, marking on top).

Supply of 90 Watt LED street light with Epoxy polyster powder coated pressure die cast Aluminium housing with toughened glass with integral constant current driver input operating voltage range 140V – 270V 50Hz AC supply, prewired upto the terminal block. System lumen output ≥ 9900 lumens with luminaire efficacy ≥ 110lm/W, lumen maintain of 70% at the end of 50000 burning hours, PF≥0.95, CRI≥70, THD<10%, IP≥65, protected with separate optics and control gear compartment, toughened glass protector, mechanical impact protection IK7, permanently sealed and a removable control gear plate, mounting spigot suitable for horizontal mounting (Ø 62mm) with tilt flexibility of (+)(-) 10 degrees. LM 79 report to be submitted for luminaire from NABL accredited photometry lab and LM 80 for LED source issued by LED manufacture. LED shall have reverse polarity, open and short circuit protection and meeting tender specification.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, 90 watt LED street light fitting on existing street light pole, complete with all accessories etc.

Supply and installation of Hot dip galvanised 9 Mtr octagonal pole made of 3mm thick HT Sheet with Top dia 70mm A/f (min) & bottom dia 155 mm (min), base plate 250x250x16mm, weatherproof reinforced door opening suitable for inbuilt MCB, Mica sheet and Stud Terminal. It's includes single arm 1.50 Mtr long customised bracket with 45 degree tilting angle made of 50mm dia and 4Nos J-Type M-24X750mm long EN8 grade foundation Bolts with 3mm thick Template and all complete as per approved drawing by EIC. It's also includes Single pole 6A MCB. (Excluding foundation civil work)

Erection of metallic pole of 09 meter length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) RCC foundation of size 0.60 X 0.60 X 1.50 Metre deep with proper size of foundation bolts including excavation, refilling and fixing of bracket etc. as required. (Including foundation civil work) including excavation & refilling, including positioning of template & foundation bolts (supplied with pole to match with pole base plate) complete as required.

Supplying and drawing of 3 Core X 1.5 sq. mm sizes of FRLS Round Sheathed multi core Bright annealed bear copper conductor heavy duty flexible cable, PVC insulated, for voltage grade 1100 Volt confirming to IS 694:2010 in Street Light poles complete etc as required.

Supplying and installing of 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. i) 3½ X 240 sq. mm (62 mm)

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. i) 3½ X 240 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE/DWC pipe as required. i) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE/DWC pipe as required. i) Upto 35 sqmm
