Supply, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of ‘Silent Type’ Diesel Generating set alongwith having Prime Power Rating of 125 KVA, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415 V AC System, comprising of Diesel Engine, Alternator, Engine Mounted instrument panel, Sound Attenuated Acoustic and weather proof enclosure as per CPCB-IV as required complete with all other accessories as per specifications and as required.
Diesel Engine: Diesel engine 4 cylinder, in-line 4 stroke, water cooled, with engine driven or electrical motor driven radiator, turbo charged - after / inter cooled with charged air cooling, vaccume indicator, lube oil system, electronic governor, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM for above output of alternator at 46 Degree C, and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000. The engine shall be fitted with all required accessories as per specifications.
Alternator Synchronous alternator rated at 125 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 degree C. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless excitation, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class - "H" Insulation.
Base Frame : Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on common base frame made of MS channel with vibration isolation arrangement and shall be installed on existing cement concrete foundation as per recommendations of manufacturer.
Exhaust System: Residential / Hospital type silencer, SS braided rubber expansion bellows/ joints, exhaust piping upto silencer etc. as required.
Starting System: 12 / 24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable 01 or 02 Nos. of batteries (12 / 24 V, 100 / 180 AH capacity) as required as per specifications.
Engine mounted Instrument panel with mocroprocessor based fully integrated generating set controller (PS0602 / KG640C / WOODWARD / DEIF or equivalent) having digital display & Control devices for safety and monitoring alongwith indicators as required as per specifications.
All the above housed in an Accoustic and weather proof enclosure of thickness not less than 1.4 / 1.5 / 1.6 mm CRCA sheet steel with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere complying to CPCB-IV norms etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cubicle type LT panel,as per 61439-1 & 61439-2, suitable for 415V+/-10%, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system, fabricated in compartmentalized 4b modular design IP 42 for indoor & IP 65 for outdoor application, from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland, plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having TPN Aluminium alloy bus bars for high conductivity, SMC bus bar supports,with short circuit withstand capacity of 50 KA for 1 sec, Internal arc withstand capacity 50 KA for 0.3 second, minimum impact resistance IK10 with each compartment front & back sheet steel metal door, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common GI earth bar of size 50 mm x 6 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid / flexible connections from main bus bar to switchgears and from switchgear output to cable termination in cable alley with required size of AL conductors / bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FRLSH), cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, data logger for monitoring of power supply characteristics i/c providing following switchgears / accessories as per specifications.
