Item No.2 - Providing and constructing 50 mm. thick Modified PenetrationMacadam (MPM) road surface including all mataerials, preparingthe existing road surface, spreading 40mm. stone metal layers30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken (by breakingrubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumenof VG30grade @ 1.75 kg/sqm, spreading 12mm.size chipscompacting with static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. toachive the desired degree of compaction as per TechnicalSpecification Clause 506 etc. complete. Including picking of existing B.T.Surface R.A.

Item No.3:- Providing 20 mm thick premix bituminous carpet including supplying all materials preparing and cleaning the base, heating bitumen applying tack coat at 50kg/100 smt. mixing hot bitumen and chips laying the carpet and gap wanted compacting complete. By Bulk Bitumen 60/70 grade over B.T. surface (Cold Mix with prior approval.).R.A.

Item No.4:-Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminoussurface including supplying all materials & bitumen of VG30grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applyingbitumen @ 0.98 KgSqm. by mechanical means, spreading chipsand rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT etc comp R.A
