Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface of hardstanding finished even and smooth without using extra cement including spike rolling to surface or making impression of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface of flooring finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 for water tank staging complete all as specified and directed.

S & F fully retro reflective engineering grade traffic sign boards of size 1200 x 900 mm alongwith side post 2.4 mtr high made out of 60mm dia stainless steel framed, 0.80mm thick M S Steel cover with refelective base with HPP reflective letters with bottom incl necesary excavation and earth work in any type of strata including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in post hole of size 300x300x450mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Solar road studs of size125x125x25 mm made out of toughened aluminium alloy body with polycorbonate top cover, IP 65 protection against water ingress, having 03 Nos super bright LEDs on each side, colour reflective LED cover inbuilt rechargeable battery, solar panel, visibility upto 800 mtr automatically turn son at night and turn off at dawn flashing for min 3 days once fully charged suitable for night & adverse weather condition and fixed with epoxy chemical cement and hardner as approved completed all as specified and directed. Make: - Dhruv, Dark Eye or equivalent as approved.

S & F in repair high intensity prismatic dual direction twin reflector delinator having two 110 mm dia red coloured HIP intensity reflectors along with three additional HIP red reflectors 25x75 mm over 300x165 oval shaped steel sheet 18 gauge head supported over steel tube 47 mm dia of 18 guage steel support of total height 1000 mm having flared/welded foot for firm grip to base. All steel parts shall be powder coated to make all weather resistance complete all as specified and directed. CAT PART No. GPL-11-05-01 Make: GREENLITE or equivelant as approved.

S & F in repair Dual directional 30 degree angle high intensity reflective Cat Eye double moulded of impact resistance ABS plastic stud 90 x 115 x 16 mm plane base having ultra-violet resistant colour (white/red/yellow) having micro cube corner spark glow PC reflector white/red/yellow for fixing with epoxy or bitumen adhesive complete all as specified and directed. CAT PART No. GPL-02-45-B Make: -GREENLITE or equivelant as approved.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch Of Credit of Rs. 27610.00
