Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, laying of pipe, cable etc., or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc., not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and spreading of dry sand in trenches for cable coushioning and punned down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for common burnt bricks, sub class 'B', of size 250 x 125 x 75 mm laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading leveling, watering and wall ramming in laying not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exe 50m and depositing where directed at alevel n.exe 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Dismantling of RCC posts or struts embedded in concrete any section, including taking out embedded portion complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum, getting out, in hard/dense soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete etc., all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains including all necessary form work and forming fair finished drain or channel of any girth, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., including demolition of existing concrete and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls of drain, retaining walls etc., finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete to fair and even including necessary form work including demolition of existing concrete and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered), as in base plates etc., square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Fe-290 Gde E-165 mild steel angle or other sections as in posts and struts in fencing etc., and similar work including cutting tops to shape as directed,drilling holes, notching for wire, including all necessary drilling holes for bolting or riveting, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MS galvanised chain link fencing fixed to any type of standards, rails, posts, straining bolts etc., including provision of binding wire including dismantling of old fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing MS gate from site and refixing the same to the new pillar incl suitable arrangement and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Material and labour for disconnection of electric cable from two pole structure and bringing it to ground for cutting of damaged part of cable and putting insulation tape and reconnecting the same on exising two pole structure after taking out additional cable from loop of the cable after excavation complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work and excavation shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

M&L for applying one coat aluminium paint on 11 mtr long steel tubler pole in position after prepretion of surface of steel tubler pole including all fitted cross arms, clamps and nut, bolts etc., including painting of black and yellow paint strips of 05 Nos of 30 cm wide strips or as ordered by engineer-in-charge on poles up to 1.5 mtr high above coping level including numbering of size 70mmx40mm by using stencil to the pole with black synthetic enamel paint ( 1st grade ) 1.5 mtr above the ground level all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
