Drilling of bore holes of 100mm to 150mm dia i/c providing labour material and machinery requied for carrying out soil testing for bearing capacity of soil complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge performing standard penetration test as per IS 2131-1981/ Taking disturbed and undistubed samples at every 0.75m interval upto 6.0mt. depth and 1.50m interval upto 6.0m depth or at change of strate as per relevant IS specification complete i/c drilling of all types of soil other than bouldes and rocky. Showing soil profile depth of water table, filled up soil, rocky strata etc. Net safe/allowable bearing capacity at a depth decided by Engineer-in-Charge preparation and submission of detailed Soil Investigation Report in Six Sets. For first 5 mtrs. Depths (5 nos. bore holes)

Constutancy services for the structural desing and drawing for the "Development of cremation ground at Sec. 26 Rohini in ward no. 28 Shahbad Dairy in Narela zone", Carrying out structural design including earthquake resistant, design bar bending schedule including general layout plan drawings including site visit whenver required ......... Calculation NOTE:1. Any revision in detailed project report/ concept plan structural drawings/design/BOQ/Abstract of cost due to site constraints or otherwise shall be carried out by the consultant at his own cost as per direction of Engineer in charge & will provide detailed project report and 6 nos of sets of drawings & design alongwith soft copy. 2. The time period mentioned in the NIT is for submission of detailed project report/ concept plan, structural drawings/design/BOQ/Abstract of cost etc. However the time period of the consultancy will be period for the main project and extended period if any up to the completion of the project, nothing extra shall be payble to the consultant for any extended period of the construction work. (a) No extra payment will be made for supplying of corrected drawing as required by the Engineer in Charge (b) 60% payment will made on submission of detailed project report and 6 sets of the drawing/architectural drawings (c) 20% payment will made on completion of 1/4 work (d) 20% payment will made on completion of work (e)The consultant is required to make visit the site monthly or as requisitioned by Engineer-in-charge through written/verbal communication. In case visit is not done by the consultant, Rs. 5000 per visit shall be recovered from the bill (f) If any confusion/controversy/shortcoming is noticed in the detailed project report/design/concept plan and drawing/BOQ/Abstract of cost the consultant bound to remove the same, failing which actions as per enlistment rules/other relevent law/clause of the contract etc, will be initiated.
