Organizing visit of Skilled technician of OEM (which is SUPERSHINE LAUNDRY SYSTEMS PVT. LTD) of laundry plants for the following. (i) Depute a Skilled technician for 2 working days except Sunday/Holidays (ii) Checking, Testing and providing consultancy for necessary repairs to be carried out and providing necessary testing report of each laundary plant. (iii) Providing consultancy for preparing preventive maintenance schedule for the smooth working of all equipments. (iv) The entire equipment will be serviced in presence of Skilled technician. Note:- (a) Necessary repairs and parts to be replaced will be paid seperatly under respective items. (b) Contractor will provide the uniforms for technicians. (c) Necessary lubricants to be used during repairs will be provided by contractor without any extra cost. (d) Contractor will provide necessary documents from the OEM in respect of visit to be carried out as required by Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of Thermal insulation on 100 mm pipe which includes glass wool with fibre glass tissue of density 48 kg/m3 with Vibration and Jolting Resistance: Conforms to BS 2972, Moisture Content: Less than 2% in accordance with BS 2972, Water Absorption: Less than 2% in accordance with BS 2972, Shot Content: Nil in accordance with BS 2972, Odorless: Conforms to BS 2972, No Mould Growth: Conforms to BS 2972 wrapped with chicken mesh, Covered with Aluminium sheet with applied moisture barrier of 3 mil thick Polysurlyn coating with 0.71 mm thickness as per IS:737 code.

M & L for rewinding of electric driven motor of Capacity 7.5 HP by dismantling and opening up of Motor AC supply, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, Squirrel cage Induction motor, removing burnt out winding wires complete, cleaning stator and rotor assembly, rewinding the stator with same guage and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulating varnish over the complete winding , drying up by heating , assembling back the stator and rotor including replacement of terminal blocks and terminal bolts and nuts, both end bearings with same size / make complete incuding necessary transportation to & fro upto the site, Testing and commissioning and including 6 months of warranty for winding of motor all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Old burnt copper winding shall be property of contractor against respective items of Schedule of credit.

All as per item No 20 here-in-before but M & L for rewinding of electric driven motor of capacity of 5.0 HP for sluice machine/washing machine/Hydro Extractor/Flat Work Ironer.
