Materials should be supplied in OEM packing.

Manufactures identifications mark along with month & Year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or an boxes/cartons as per drawing specifications or as per feasibility as the case may be.

OEM Work Test Certificate to be submitted by the firm for Conformity of material & specifications.

GC/WC as per specification attached (36 months from the date of Supply).

All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.

If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents , the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.

Delivery should be free at destination. i.e. SSE/C&W/IC/Sealdah.
