Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided with complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof pad, floorings, including finishing the surface with complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces with finishing the surfaces even & fair without using extra cement .(WPC will be measured and paid separately) with complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete stone surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc with complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of roof surfaces and applying waterproofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces after application of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm and applying hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm providing and laying APP polymer, modified, non-woven polyester mat, reinforced membrane, 3.00mm thick , weighing 3.5 Kg /Sqm with surface finish by torch application method, with minimum 75 mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse direction and finally applying with one coat of bituminous based solar reflective aluminium paint @ 100 gms/ Sqm with complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.”
