Cleaning and Disinfection of SR/CWR at Industrial Area Udyog Vihar, Suratgarh, Raisinghnagar, Anupgarh, Gharsana and Rawla

Cleaning and disinfection of Over Head Service Reservoir SR or Clear water Reserviour with mechanical equipment such as high jet pumps for cleaning of under sides of clear water tank, removal of sludge and other foreign matter in tank if any the sludge from the tank would be removed in the shape of the sludge slurry with the mechanical pump and other work contingent there . Contractor must clean and disinfect the various water storage tank by unique six stage cleaning or disinfection process as a follow Stage I Mechanized dewatering. Stage II Disilting removal of left over dirty water and sludge with a sludge removal pump. Stage III Cleaning of wall, ceiling and floor by High pressure Water jet with the help of equipment which create a pressure of 100 150 bar. Stage IV Removal of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vacuum cleaner. Stage V Spraying of nontoxic, bio degradable, ecofriendly antibacterial agent certified by a Govt. approved laboratory to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogens. The dose utilized should be safe as per the OECD guidelines 423 adopted on 17th December 2001 and latest amendment. Stage VI Treatment of inside tank by exposing UV radiation to kill further suspended organs. Contractor will submit videography of all the stages executed during the cleaning process and Certificate for non toxicity and antibacterial as per the OECD guidelines, need to be submitted by the contractor in prescribed format. Agency is required to go for painting and writing work SR and CWR of size 2.5 feet x 1.5 feet. Writing work will include monogram of RIICO alongwith date of cleaning high characters at suitable location as per directed by Engineer In Charge.
