Supply, install testing and commissioning in replacement factory made out door type LT panel board of size not less than 1.2 mtrX1.5 mtrX0.450 mtr, 440 volts , 3 phase , 4 wire system with powder coating provided to make it dust /vermin proof, manufactured from CPRI approved manufacturer, The panel shall be made with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and inner shell made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet,double door with front openable with locking arrangement, provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom, inner shell be compartmentalized, front openable single door system lockable. Inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming/outgoing MCCBs, MCBs, TPN, Change over, copper bus and extension links. Copper bus bar of capacity 600 Amps- 4Nos, including neutral duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size/rating of epoxy resin insulator all housed in suitable bus bar chamber. All control wires shall be as per the OEM recommendations and shall be properly bunched,tied, ferrulled for proper indentification and crimped with adequate size of lugs and provision and fixing of Voltmeter,Ammeter with built in selector switch, CTs of suitable ratio, and pilot indication lamps complete along with provision of necessary cable entry/exit boxes for all incoming and out going cables with suitable size of cable glands etc. Computer cut shelf adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided including necessary excavation /refilling for dismantling and reconnecting the existing incoming and outgoing cable complete all as specified and directed.l shall consists of following accessories:- MCCB, Make :-Legrand / L & T/ Indo Asian
