Dismantling of old & used 11 kv ABB make VCB (i/c-4 nos , B/C-2 nos , O/G-19 nos )

Dismantling of existing 33 kv C& R panel ( PTR control ) with opening all electrical connection , bus connection & transformer protection connection etc & as per direction of site incharge.

Installation of new 33 KV C&R Panel, SCADA compatible for individual control of power transformers with differential relay with all wiring and connections.

Installation of 11 KV 15 Panel VCB (4 IN+2BC+9OG) with switchgear inside the control room with proper alignment making base with 100X50X6 G.I.channel including supply of required nos. size of GI Bolts, nuts,washer as per IS specification & cement etc.and connection of control cable as per drawing with supply of required Gland, with necessary support on the date of commissioning ( Only11 KV11 Panel VCB and MS channel will be supplied by WBSEDCL).

Laying of 300sq mm XLPE 11 KV UG 3C X 300 SQMM Cable from 10 MVA Power Transformer to Incoming 11 KV Panel in existing Trench and then laying the slab on the Trench for 2 Nos PTRs ( Only UG Cable will be supplied by WBSEDCL)

Laying of 2.5 sq.mm. Copper control cable (4/8/12) core for interconnection of 33 KV Control & Relay Panels with PTRs, VCBs, CTs & PTs with supply and fixing of Cable Gland, Ferrule, PVC Tape, Socket, Tags etc. through existing trench ( Only Control cables will be supplied by WBSEDCL). i) 4 core control cable - 1500 mtr. ii) 8 core control cable - 500 mtr. iii)12 core control cable -1000 mtr.

Supply of Hot Dip G.I.flat 65x6 mm and earthing of 11 kv system by rising the flat from Earth mat / Pit by mean of welding & bolting as per Indian Standard, approved drawing & design of WBSEDCL and direction of Supervisory Officer. Welding must be done with using good quality sticker and G.I. Spray, including proper scraping and smoothing the surface.

Supplying and drawing 1.1 KV single core standar 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Finolex/Havells/Polycab/KEI Brand) laid polythene casing and making necessary connection as required. i)Bus Bar to Control Panel (1st Floor) 3C x 6 Sq.mm. + 4 Sq. mm. as ECC

iii )AC Control Panel to Ground Floor DB 2C x 4 Sq.mm. + 1.5 Sq.mm. as ECC.

iv ) AC Panel to 15 A Power Point for Battery Charger (Gr Floor) 2C X 2.5 Sq,mm + 1 Sq.mm. as ECC.

v ) Battery Charger to Battery Rack 2C X 6 Sq.mm. CU on surface through PVC Caseing as ECC.

vi) DB to Switch Boarad on Ground floor 2C x 2.5 Sq.mm. +1 Sq.mm. as ECC

vii) DB to 06 AMP Power Point as ECC.

vii) DB to 16 AMP Power Point as ECC.

Earth Busbar: Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25mmX6mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI boults, nuts, washer, spacing insulator etc as required.

Supply and fixing Electronic socket type 5-step fan regulator on existing modular switch board with modular top cover by screw after making housing for regulator knob including necessary connection (Brand approved by EIC).

Supply and Fixing PVC Casing -Capping of size 20 x 10 mm on wall or celling , including PVC clip , Fitting etc and mending good damage of building works

Supply & fixing of 2 row 12 Modular Sheet Metal (16 SWG) Base & Modular Switch Board Cover complete ( Havells make 6 A 5 pin plug-2nos, 6 A switch- 8 nos )

Supply & fixing of 6 modular Sheet Metal (16 SWG) Base & Modular Switch Board Cover complete( Havells make 6 A 5 pin plug-1nos, 6 A switch- 4 nos )
