NOTE FOR ITEM No. 158. :- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I.ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5M GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Dismantling carefully for taking down and removing old copper wire winding of ceiling fans of size 48” sweep of any make and rewinding with New super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge as per old copper winding including providing insulation be varnishing (Golden), Cleaning, Oiling, Greasing etc and refixing all the parts complete and Painting of ceiling fans of any size complete incl blades, with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after celaning all dust etc. testing in E/M Store yard

All as per item No 163.00 above but Exhaust Fans of size 15”/16”/18" Sweep – ditto-

Supply and fix in repair Twin core copper flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated 1100 volts for ceiling fans.

Supply and fix in repair capacitor 2.5 MFD paper insulated with aluminium body after removing unserviceable condenser complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for taking down geyser of cap-25 ltrs of any type/Make for existing position and location for refixing after carrying out following repairs :-(a) Dismantling geyser complete(b) Supply and replace brass door inlet outlet connection assy.
