Repair and re-carpeting of Bituminous Road in Test Track at VFJ.

M&L for Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep soft / loose soil.(Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance except in the case of surface dressing which includes for all the foregoing except clearing away of trees). complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all a specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Repair of potholesby [paving bitumen any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm. complete all a specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre using paving bitumen, complete all a specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Premix bituminous,macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen any pentration, as binder, complete all a specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for paving bitumen any penetration Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all a specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Premixed Paving bitumen binder sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface and complete all a specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of bitumenous surface and apply one coat of thermoplastic paint of approved colour and of width n exc 10cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering.
