M&L for Valve Pit of size 45x45x60cm (internal dimensions), stone masonry construction, including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8), type C (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) stone masonry in cement mortar 1:4),rendering,12mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), internally finished even and fair and pointing flush externally as the work proceeding in the same mortar . Mild steel angle iron 75x75x6mm frame of MS sheet cover 5mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed surface MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the tint as approved all the MS embedded in PCC with two coat of black bituminous paint suitable for 50mm dia , complete all as specified & directed..

M & L for cutting of stone road /hard standings of any type / size at site for laying of HT UG cable / protection pipe not exc 45 cm wide and n.exc 60 cm depth including making good the disturbed/broken surfaces of road/hard standing with matching to existing concrete & stone blocks as per direction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for black top road cutting incl excavation in trenches for laying HT / LT UG cable in pipe not exc 45 cm wide and n.exc 60 cm depth or as per site requirement including making good the disturbed surfaces with cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and top surface neatly finished as per existing to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of cable path indicator made up of precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate of size 900X400 X 50 mm and 8mm steel bars in rcc dulyl painted with yellow colour and marked/written as HT cable as directed and fixed at 600 mm above and 300 mm below ground level along with cable route complete all as specified and directed. Note - Cost of earth work, PCC in foundation for fixing of route indicator, painting and writing over indicators included in the quoted rate.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Indoor arc flash protected horizontal draw-out with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker Panel , rated for 11kV, 630Amp, 20kA/3-sec, Incoming VCB Panels, motorised confirming to IEC 62271-200, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR – 20kA for 1 sec, Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, comprising of 630 Amp, continuous rated Copper busbars and droppers, 01 Nos. Rack-In-Rack-Out Handles, The complete panel incl. HT and LT chamber with wiring shall be manufactured by approved OEM at its own facility of make as per list of Make as per appendix "C'' attached. The each panel shall consist of following :- (a) 01 x Incomer Panel, each comprising of :- (i) 11 KV, 630Amp, 20kA/3-sec, horizontal drawout Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100 with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 03 Nos. vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker, motorized and spring charging mechanism (230V AC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (24 V DC). The each panel shall consist of following :- (a) 01 x BUS COUPLER Panel, each comprising of :- (i) 11 KV, 630Amp, 20kA/3-sec, horizontal drawout Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100 with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 03 Nos. vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker, motorized & spring charging mechanism (230V AC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (24 V DC). The Board shall consist of following panels:- (a) 01 x outgoing Panel, each comprising of :- (i) 11 KV, 400Amp, 20kA/3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100 with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 03 Nos. vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker, motorized spring charging mechanism (230V AC) horizontal drawout , with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (24 V DC). The unit alongwith Bus-connected, fixed-type Auxiliary transformer shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site. (A) 02 Nos. Description all as per item No. 6.11, 6.12, 6.13, 6.14 here in before but RMU (Ring main unit) 8 way consisting of combinations of 2 Nos. fixed manual Load Break Switch of capacity 11 KV 630 Amp as incoming panel & 6 Nos fixed type manual Vacuum Circuit Breaker capacity 11 KV 630 Amp as outgoing panel . The configuration of the RMU will 2 load break switch as incomer and 11 KV 6 Nos VCBs as outgoing , complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR SER item No 6.05,6.06,6.07,6.08,6.09, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.13, 6.14,6.15 :- Factory inspection shall carryout prior dispatch at factory premises by rep as detailed by accepting officer. The contractor has to arrange the same without any financial effect & the rate quotes against the respective item is deemed to be included this factor..

Supplying, installation, connecting, testing and commissioning of outdoor type distribution Transformer of 63 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound , Level -II (energy saving) step down, floor mounted complete with first filling ISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories and 7 position off circuit tap changer (tapping range +/- 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with vector group DYN -11 ,complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) The ambient temprature shall be 48 degree Centigrade when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run . (ii) The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified and conforming to IS:335 of 1993 for oil and IS: 1180 Part -I of 2014 for transformer and comprising of followings:- (Description Continued on Ser item No 6.17)

SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTE:- For items of SEWAGE DISPOSAL notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IX ( SEWAGE DISPOSAL) shall also be applicable.
