Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Split type AC machines having Cooling Capacity range (6.6 kw - 7.0 kw) with fixed speed rotary compressor, refrigerant gas R32/R410 BEE star rating -3 (EER range 3.5 to 3.99), Air flow range CFM (600-777), Operating Outdoor Temparature = 50ºC and above, Power Supply - 240V, 50Hz [ (+-)Tolerrance as per applicable standard ], both condenser and cooling coils made of copper tube connecting chord with plug top confirming to IS 1391 (Part-I & Part- II) with all amendments. The Machine should be equipped with all the requisite control system for the Total System / Temperute / Air - Distribution/ Electrical Power System and others like Remote Sensing Device etc. (Make- O General Model No.: ASGA24BUTA-B(R32) or similar model of Mitsubishi Electric/ Mitsubishi Heavy Duty ) Split AC must be following essential requirement. i) Indoor PCB unit must be within a metal enclosure as per CEWE order. ii) P2 protected capacitor must be included in each RAC. iii) Comprehensive Warranty : 1 year & additional 5 years on Compressor.

SITC including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing of following HVAC grade nominal size of soft copper refrigerent piping [ Make Royku / Totaline/ Mandeep ] for RAC system, complete with fittings with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing after bending, swerazing, welding complete with fittings, elbows, bends, globe valve of suction & liquid line supporting arrangement on walls including accessories, insulated with XLPE class -O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber [ Make Supreme/ Aroflex] tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for suction and liquid lines with supports & brackets as per direction of EIC all accessories according to specification etc. as required.

Supply and laying of 1.1 KV single core stranded 'PVC insulated FRLSH grade copper cable incl socketing, shaddling etc.as per direction of EIC ( Make : Finolex/ Havells/ Polycab/ RR Kabel/ Gloster) of requisite following diameter for the above Air-Conditioners as per direction of Engineer - In - Charge incl. necy. fittings as required as per G.S . [Power cable for connection betweeen indoor and outdoor units & also Control Cable for connection betweeen outdoor units to indoor ]

Supply & laying of flexible PVC high quality water carrying pipe of proper size for draining water from already installed AC to any available (nearest) drain water pipe or near to ground level and the pipe must be properly saddled with the wall incl. proper insertion of the flexible pipe to drain water pipe and sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, High quality sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, high quality sealing gum etc. as reqd. All these arrangement for fixing must be arranged by the agency itself as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Make:- Legrand/Anchor Roma/Cabtree), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. [E-17/5(a)]

S & F 240V 11A/16A/21A OLP -3+ automatic single phase motor starter with VOLT check, AMP check & TIME check and 3 digit display in 175mm X 100mm X 65 mm depth 16 SWG MS Box coneled in wall with bakelite top cover incl. Necy. Conncetion as per direction of EIC for AC Machines (Make:- Electron / Ultrasafe)

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 20 A 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Make:- Anchor/ Havells/Schneider) & necy. connections.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make:- Finolex/ Polycab/ RR Kabel/ Gloster) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy fittings as required. [E-14/1(a)]

2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.
