Taking down burnt cable and supply , fixing and testing of Aerial bunch cable (AB) HT 6.35/11 KV of size 3 core x 95 Sqmm + 1 core x 70 Sqmm (Insulated messenger) constitute of three power core stranded compacted circular aluminium conductor screend with black extruded semiconducting compound, natural coloured XLPE insulated core screened with black extruded semiconducting compound and one layer of copper tape and covered with black extruded PVC (core identification by colour tape marking red, yellow and blue with colour tapeplaced longitudinally under the copper tape) and one bare messanger wire shall be stranded non compacted circular aluminium alloy conductor. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The following hardware fittings and acessories shall be used to install, errect and join the AB cable. (i) Suspension clamp with eye hook (ii) Suspension fittings and corrosponding eye hook (iii) Dead eye fitting (iv) Nylon Tie (v) Connectors Note :- Contractor has do all kind of tests for HT cable as per EI rule before fixing on poles and factory testing as per PS clause No 26.15.

M&L for steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-55 (11metre long) with 300 mmx300mmx6mm thick MS base plate contineously welded to pole with MS sheet 2 mm thick, finial taper plug welded at top making required size of holes for fixing cross arms with nut, bolts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer for the remaining portion and two coats of aluminium paint beyond 1.5M from ground level/coping and making 30cm black and yellow strips with two coats of synthetic enameled paint up to 1.5M from ground level/coping, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Switch air break gang operated (Swing out expulsion ruse insulators), tripple pole mechnical operated from ground level mounted on insulator and Mild steel frame (12 insulators type) out door type suitable for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT post top insulator with drop out fuses operating rod 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe worked from ground level confirming of IS 1818 of 1972 and contineous current rating upto 200 amp and volt 11 KV, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers, all around top and bottom and electrode connection by using GI Wire 4 Sqmm (upto the body of equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles. GI pipe 20mm bore light grade for watering with funnel and wire mesh including medium grade GI Pipe 40mm bore protection and 40 mm GI pipe light grade for protection of strip. PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC pit cover in M20 (design mix) complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of MES Standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I) of 2009, complete all as specified and testing on completion i) The unit rate shall include for protection pipe, GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation. RCC pit cover, test point, 32mm GI strip from top of earth plate upto 7.5 above ground level and if GI protection is less than 7.5 meter, no price adjustment shall be made. ii) If the testing result of earthing work is not been found satisfactorily then the contractor shall do other earthing work at his own cost and nothing shall be permissible on this account. iii) Earthing work will be carried out in presence of MES representative.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundations of poles/stays/cable etc not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in before but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

Returining filling in including spreading ,levelling,watering and wall ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation and sides of poles & PCC blocks etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using (20mm) graded stone aggregates as in PCC coping of poles or for stays complete all as specified.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling existing UNSV conductor of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections tec complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulator any type, any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling PCC Poles any type, any size complete all as specified and as directed.
