Engaging the skilled labour and skilled supervisor round the clock to attend the routine checking of pumps, valves & pipes in AHPH 1. work involves inspection for any abnormal sounds and vibrations in pumps , monitoring the gland leaks ,oil levels, checking manual opening & closing of valves whenever pump start and stop. 2) picking and removing the debris and foreign materials ,clinkers from trench and sump. 3) Inspection & tightens the "V" belts of slurry pumps. 4) welding and arresting of minor leaks, Greasing of bearings ASDP,AWP ,Seal water pump ,seal water ,D.P pump and knife edge valves. 5) observed the pulley and bearing housing temperatures and collar bolts& bed bolts inspection 6) AWP storage tank levels in all the three units.

2(I) ASH SLURRY DISPOSAL PUMP: (Dismantling ) Pump Removing the suction pipe, discharge pipes and decoupling from the motor by removing the V-belt and dismantle the pump internals then remove the bearing housing from bed, open and inspection of bearings, Bearing bed, shaft, outer casing, inner casing, impeller, expeller, wear plates, gland housing, sleeve and liquid thrower. Including consumables and T&P’s

2(II) (Assembling work) : Rectification the suction side cover, bracket side cover seating area of outer casing and renew the above items and re-assemble back. Fix the suction and discharge pipe and V-belts and commissioning the pump. Including consumables and T&P’s.

2(III) SUCTION / DISCHARGE VALVE FOR ASH SLURRY DISPOSAL PUMP (Dismantling): Removal of 336 dia slurry line valve from the line, and reconditioning the worn out portion of valve body and gate. Including consumables and T&P’s.

2(IV) SUCTION / DISCHARGE VALVE: Fixing in the 336 dia slurry line valve in the line. Including consumables and T&P’s.

SUCTION / DISCHARGE LINES: Charges for Renewal of worn out punctured cast basalt pipe end by fabricated distance piece of required length (below 6.0 mtr.) in Ash slurry disposal line 406 OD, and grinding and welding with flange and fixed. Including consumables and T&P’s.

ASH SLURRY DISPOSAL PUMP SUCTION SIDE PIPE : Removing the suction pipe and removing the outer casing and removing the foreign materials and reassembling. Including consumables and T&P’s.

ASH SLURRY DISPOSAL PUMP "V"-BELTS : Renewal of V-belts / tightening the V-belts in Ash slurry disposal pump. Including consumables and T&P’s.

ASH WATER PUMP: Decoupling the Ash water pump dismantling the pump casing pump internals, inspection of impeller, shaft, wear ring shaft sleeves, bearings, lock nut and metal filling in the worn out area of upper & lower casing and impeller hub and grinding, renew the above items and assemble back. Including consumables and T&P’s.

Align with motor and commissioning the pump. Including consumables and T&P’s.

SEALING WATER PUMP: Decoupling and dismantling the pump internals (All the 11 stages) Inspection of Impellers, Diffuser with Guide vane, stage casing, wear rings, shaft, bearings and metal filling in the worn out Hub and grinding and renew the above items and assemble back. Including consumables and T&P’s.

Aligning the pump and commissioning. Including consumables and T&P’s.

Drain pump :Disconnect the discharge pipe decouple the motor, dismantle the pump and inspection/ renewal of spares and re-assemble and commissioning of pump.

Remove the suction and discharge and Cooling lines and renewing the damaged flanges with new one and re-fixing the line and commissioning.

Sea water booster pump: Decoupling and dismantling the pump alignment of pump with motor after completion of assembling work. Including consumables and T&P’s.

Renewal the bearings, impeller, shaft sleeve and assembling the pump. Including consumables and T&P’s.

ASH WATER TANK VALVE: Renewal of 450 dia B/F valve from the line and including attending minor repair works. Including consumables and T&P’s.

Alignment of pump: Alignment of pump with Motor in AWP / SWP / FWP / SWBP. Including consumables and T&P’s.

Renewal of gland rope in pumps: Renewal of gland rope the ASDP / AWP / SWP / FWP / SWBP / D.P. Including consumables and T&P’s.

Patch welding works :Patch welding in pumps suction discharge Patch welding over the worn out suction & discharge pipe of ASDP / AWP / FWP / SWP / D.P. / S.W.B. pump Headers and pipe lines Including consumables and T&P’s

ASH WATER STRAINER: Cleaning 600mm strainer by dismantling of top cover of strainer body, removal of filter element, complete cleaning of filter element and strainer body, filter mesh and strengthening stiffener rod, re assembling the filter element, fixing the top cover, leak checking. Including consumables and T&P’s.

FLUSHING WATER PUMP: Decoupling the flushing water pump, dismantling the pump casing, pump internals inspection of impeller, shaft, wear rings, shaft sleeve bearings, locknut and metal filling in the worn out area of upper & lower casing and impeller hub and grinding. Including consumables and T&P’s.

Renewal of worn out spares and re-assembling the pump and aligning the pump with motor and commissioning. Including consumables and T&P’s.

ASH SLURRY SUMP: Removal the floating materials from the slurry sump and disposal the materials, transporting the floated material to low lying area dumping, dozing and leveling into dumped ash. Including consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for cut and remove the grills over the ash slurry sump and re-fixing the grills over the sump..(Total 30m2)(Including consumables & T&P’s for including)

Picking the foreign material and clinkers from the trash screen which is located (- 6m) in the ash slurry sump and disposal the materials, transporting the material to low lying area, dumping, dozing and levelling. Including consumables and T&P’s.

ASH SLURRY DISPOSAL PUMP: Rectification of gland housing for ash slurry disposal pump. Including consumables and T&P’s.

Rectification of impeller hub for ash slurry disposal pump. Including consumables and T&P’s.

FILTRATION PLANT VALVES: Replacement / overhauling the worn out 300 dia B/F valve from the line

Replacement / overhauling the worn out 125 dia B/F valve / diaphragm valve from the line

Cleaning of equipments like ash water pump, sealing water pump, flush water pump, drain pump, Ash slurry pumps and connected pipe lines and valves and maintaining the ash water pump house Unit I, II & III including arresting leak

Dismantling the damaged of corroded existing steel supporting structures.
