CRFQ NO : 1000414693 Dear Sir, We propose to float tender for providing Event Management Services for IEW 2024 Meet at Goa during 06th Feb to 09th Feb During the IEW 2024 Meet at Goa, various activities are to be performed to provide seamless and memorable experience to the delegates participating during this 4 day event. In order to properly handle all the aspects of the event, we will require a professional and experienced Event Manager. Some of the aspects which need to be covered are: 1. Arranging a suitable banquet hall in a well-reputed hotel/resort for hosting dinners for delegates (approximately 100 guests) along with arranging catering services between 6th and 9th February. 2. Arranging a team of event professionals including an anchor for various cultural programs, including live Band performances. 3. Arranging local sightseeing activities like entry/exit of guests, local guide, tickets etc 4. Arranging Serenaders, Musician and spot magician for engaging visitors at Pavilion during 06th Feb to 09th Feb at IEW venue.
