Dismantle the existing Indoor & Outdoor unit and metal cage,metal platform as per direction of EIC. All necessary requirement & scaffolding arrangment at different places of the building will be provided by the agency's own arrangement.

Supply and drawing 3 core 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated shethed cable for connecting the outdoor to indoor supply ( Make: RR Kable/Polycab/Glostar).

Supply and drawing 4 core 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated shethed wire for connecting the outdoor to indoor supply ( Make: RR Kable/Polycab/Glostar).

Supply and fixing fire retardant non porous flexible double canvas connection for concealed split air conditioners incl. S& F pf heavy duty anti vibration pad for isolation of unwanted vibration during the ODU in operation.

Charges for MS Structure for 2.0 TR ODU installation Supplying, fabrication & fixing of M.S. platform supported by Angle iron of size of ( 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm) with length of 1.2 mtr three(03) nos for base of platform fixed with wall and lenght of 1.7 mtr three(03) nos for fixed with end point of base and wall .All of these six nos of angle iron should be welded with six(06) nos MS flat square plate of required size (150mm x 150mm and thickness with 8mm with four nos hole) and to be fixed on wall by 150mm length with M16 fastner and Hilti chemical mortar as per requirement. The platform should be fabricated with 10 (ten) nos of TATA 32 x 32 mm Square Carbon Steel Hollow Section 2 mm IS 2062 squre bar of 1.8 mtr length fixed in equal intervals for the said platform. Also making the safety grill by 3 nos 20 mm x 20 mm size with length of 4.5 mtr aprox Square Carbon Steel Hollow Section 2 mm IS 2062 squre bar throught the 3 side around the platform upto 1 mtr above the platform .These safety grill should be supported by 04(four) nos 1 mtr length 35mm x 35mm x5mm MS angle.The whole structure should be paint by 2 coats enamel paint. All these are descripted for each MS ODU structure.The entire structure must be safe to carry out maintenance of ODU as per direction of EIC.Complex work should be carried out as per direction of EIC

Supply & installation of 25 mm PVC drain pipe line (25mm/32mm OD,HD 1 mm thick) of the following size with 6mm nitrile rubber insulation and with proper supports & brackets as per direction (i) 25mm dia (Make:- Supreme/Oriplast)
