M&L for general service of package/ cassette type AC unit 4/3 Ton capacity installed at ground / first floor by cleaning outdoor and indoor unit area by blower, cleaning condersor coil unit ,Indoor cooling coil unit with water/chemicals, filter cleaning , cheking electrical wiring, tighting wires apply proper tags, replace copper lugs,insulation tape over bare terminal and trouble shooting for any gas leakage with nitrogen and arresting leakage, recharging with required qty of R22 gas including necessary welding works to maintain required temperature and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i)Servicing of Acs shall be carried once in three month per AC Unit. (ii) Serve record to be submitted for claming payment and rate including of service slip etc..

M&L for taking down unserviceable Scroll compressor 4Ton capacity including disconnect suction and discharge connections, transporting to workshop dismantle the unit by welding cut the outer frame, remove the burnt winding and rewind with super enameled copper wire including insulation varnishing etc assemble the outer frame by welding, brazing and testing unit transporting fixing in outdoor unit and testing the AC unit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing old paint and apply one coat of primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint outdoor unit as exiting colour including writing letters/marking arrow discharge/suctiuon line, Indoor cassette unit all as specified.

M&L for arresting of water leak in the indoor unit of cassette type AC unit of 3/4 ton by necessary repair works including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for submain wiring with PVC insulated, PVC unsheathed cable, single core, stranded, copper conductor cable 4 x 6.0 Sqmm size, 1100V FRLS grade, drawn into rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 25mm pipe ISI marked with 1 x 4.0 Sqmm unsheathed, stranded copper 1100V FRLS grade cable for continuous earth wire, including taking down the old wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 4 run of 6 sqmm and 1 run of 4 sqmm and i run PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.
