Supply and lay UPVC pipe 20mm dia heavy duty gde including fittings, for inlet and outlet connections of dosing pumps including connections with ferrules in delivery water pipe lines, fixed on wall,floor, in trench all as specified and directed

Supply only orthotolidine solution 500ML for testing chlorine content all as specified and directed

Supply only chlorine test kit for testing chlorine content all as specified and directed

M&L for replacement of chemical dosing pumps, single phase 230 volts, 50Hz with connecting wire for plant to pumping the solution complete all as specified and directed

Supply and top up chemicals such as sodium mete bisulphate, sodium hypo chloride, antiscallant and PH correction complete as required level for entire contract period all as specified and directed

Material and labour for changing and washing of activated carbon media and replacement of new sand including testing of RO plant complete all as specified and directed

Supply and replacement of cartridges for the RO plant to filtering the water inside the plant water chamber complete all as specified and directed

M&L for servicing, cleaning of membrane including required chemicals for cleaning complete all as specified and directed ( Location : Golden Jublee Plant)

M&L for monthly servicing and testing of 5000 LPH RO Plant all as specified and directed.(for RO plant two Nos at Golden jubilee and Near chauhan mess.)

M&L for Replacement of membrane,spiral wound type,MOC:poly Amide, size 8" dia,1000mm long,complete and testing of 5000 LPH RO Plant all as specified and directed. Make:LANXESS /SUEZ or equivlent as approved.

Material and labour for stripping out squirrel cage, induction motor, 3 phase 415 volts AC 50 c/s starter and rotor cleaning up internally and externally including removing old burnt copper wire, wornout bearing and rewinding with new copper wire,Including necessary transpotation to workshop and bring back to the installation assembling testing and commissioning of motor capacity 5 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 c/s. complete all as specified and directed

Bailing out water from PVC water tank of capacity 5000 ltr to 15000 Ltr mounted on floor / RCC staging and removing silt, sludge, mud ,moss, efflorecence salts , algae growth etc complete using steel wire brush, suitable cleaning tools and cleaning with bleaching powder and finally cleaning with clean water and writting on outer surface of the tank with white paint regarding date of cleaning and next due date for cleaning in letters not exc 10cm height complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling in using excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and as directed.

Removing the excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for valve chamber of internal dimension 900x900x900mm , built with one brick wall thickness using sub class ' B' bricks in CM 1:4, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150mm thick foundation concrete, internal and exposed surfaces of external plaster with CM 1:4 15mm thickness, including provn of chamber cover with 3mm thickness MS sheet welded with angle iron 25x25x5mm as frame alround with necessary locking arrangements , PCC type B0 50mm thick coping on top alround and three coats of white wash over plastered surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of metal primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
