Renovation /servicing of ALSTOM make transformer 1000KVA 11/3.3KV 3phase,50Hz at CT-2 BPS by carrying out the following Jobs Dismantling of transformer by de-energize from supply, disconnecting the incoming /outgoing HT cable connection ,Removing the top cover ,oil tank, silica gel breathers etc.

Draining the complete oil of transformer in empty drums by machine

Dismantling of conservator pipe line and cover gasket i/c dismantling of HT /LT bushing connection

Cleaning the transformer oil tank and removing the sludge settled in the bottom with the help of vacuum pressure cleaning machine thoroughly

Providing of HT side insulator complete with oil seal metallic parts bushing rod with copper nuts as required

Replacement of tap changer

Cleaning of core and winding of transformer with hot oil and proper safety precaution to prevent the winding damage as required .cutting the overheated insulation of winding and re-insulation of weak point with the help of HT insulation material and proper taping etc.

Providing of silica gel as required

Providing of gaskets of Top cover of conservator etc.& RTV paste to be provided to stop leakage. Replacement of fasteners’ a required for fitting of the conservator also in its position.

Providing of transformer oil Make: Savita

Filtration & dehydration of Transformer oil in both transformer

Assembling /fitting of the above parts by tri-pod chain pully or crane from the transformer i/c making connection HT/LT sides after degreasing and removing dust/oil from the external surface of transformer, cooling fins for natural cooling & testing with provision of necessary barriers, warning signals and other safety measures during execution of work. Di-electric Testing, Complete testing on load at site.
