Procurement of Uniform for Powrakarmikas by MCC

The OEM/Manufacturer shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the supply of safety or stitched uniforms, supported by copies of Purchase Orders and/or Satisfactory Completion Certificates as proof of past performance

Similar type of work done certificate issued by competent authority for value not less than 44.00 lakhs

The bidder / OEM should not have been debarred/blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central & State Govt. undertakings/ enterprises/ Organizations and by any other Quasi Government bodies/ Organizations, World Bank / Govt E-marketing portal or any major Enterprise / Organization in India for non-satisfactory performance, corrupt &fraudulent or any other unethical business practices, not meeting critical conditions/security clearance etc. during the past. OR Delisted/ barred/penalized by the Government e-Marketing Portal (GeM) for the reasons of not fulfilling or breach of terms of the Portal as on the date of Tender submission.

The bidder should submit Manufacturing Capacity Certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry or the State Pollution Control Board (SIA Acknowledgement) certifying the production capacity of the manufacturer.

The bidder should submit Valid ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certificates

The bidder should submit valid certificate confirming that the manufacturing process does not involve the use of harmful or hazardous chemicals, in compliance with applicable safety and environmental standards

The bidder should submit Authorization from OEM to bidder for participation: A separate authorization letter for each item, issued by the OEM, confirming that the bidder is duly authorized to participate in the tender for the specified products

The bidder should submit GST Certificate

The bidder may submit recent photographs of the manufacturing facilities demonstrating the bidders production infrastructure and ability to manufacture the specified items

The bidder should submit one (01) set of fully stitched safety uniform as per the specified requirements before tender submission, along with the acknowledgement issued by the Tender Inviting Authority to be uploaded on the e-portal as proof of compliance.

The bidder should submit valid test report issued by the Textile Committee, Karnataka, confirming that the uniforms meet the prescribed quality standards and specifications.

The successful bidder shall ensure zone-wise distribution of all items as per the directions of Mysuru City Corporation. The sizes of uniforms will be communicated at the time of issuance of the Work Order, and the bidder shall strictly adhere to the same without any deviation

Bidder should submit a un conditional LOC for an amount of 26.46 Lakhs issued by Nationalized Bank OR Scheduled Bank

To qualify for award of this contract each tender in its name should have in last five years i.e. 2020-2025 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.88.2 Lakhs
