Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 Mtr deep and n.exc 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cable and getting out including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including leveling , watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers n.exc 25cm thick in trenches after cable have been laid, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr of the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing of the following sizes:- Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately.

S&F in repair Sluice valve PN-I.6 coforming to IS-14846 heavy duty with flanged end and brass spindle, sheet gasket 3 mm thick, MS nut bolts and washer including cutting of existing GI water pipe line to fix the sluice valve at the location and jointing with existing water mains complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

Supplying, fixing,connecting, and testing in repair non return valve 250mm bore cast steel API-600 ASME class 600 conforming to BS-1868 , including ammendments suitable to test pressure 93 Kg/ sq cm, both end flanged incl provision of jointing material such as rubber gasket sheet 3mm thick, nut & bolts with washer , flange all as required incl taking out old NRV of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note- Non return valves are to be fixed in existing feeding line 250mm bore for Mil Stn Kalka from Mehtab Majra to Kalka.Contractor will arrange his own electric generator set for welding, cutting ,excavation work and other works . The valve will be replaced within 24 hrs to restore the water supply to the station otherwise penalty @ Rs 5000/- per day will be levied on the contractor. Contractor will intimate concerned Engr- in - Charge/ JE before commencement of work.

M&L for valve pit chamber of size 900x900x 900mm internal dimension , 4mm thick MS steel cover with 2 Nos MS hinger suitable size welded with angle iron frame of 40x40x6mm thick with lifting hooks and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work, brick work in cm (1:6), 230 mm thick, PCC bed 1:4:8, type D-2, 150mm thick, PCC for coping 1:3:6, 15mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 internal surface complete and external surface of wall up to 300 mm front top and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of pit Chamber and minor repair work required as per site condition like brick work , rendering plaster 1:4 inner/out side of the pit and replace 4mm thick mild steel sheet cover with MS angle iron frame with locking arrangement and handle for opening with old sheet cover and painting both side for pit cover complete all as specified:-

M&L for taking out unserviceable open well submersible pump 15 HP from Shallowell including column pipes, (upto 20 mtr depth) submersible cable, steel rope and accessories etc and re-lowering of pump after necessary repair complete all as directed.

M&L for Rewinding of 15 HP open well submersible motor with suitable gauge copper wire with varnishing , insulation material and commissioning the same along with testing including dismentaling and transporting to workshop from the pump house and the same shall be re install at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable of size 10 sqmm 3 core flat cable with bare bunched copper conductor insulated and sheathed with PVC with voltage grade up to 1100 V(in replacement) including pvc pipe of suitable size from starter to motor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of Kirloskar 90 Kw/ 120 HP 3 Phase induction Motor of speed 2960 RPM with Suitable gauge copper wire (as per existing size of copper wire) with varnishing, insulation material including taking out from the mehtab majra pump house to the workshop and refixing and testing after rewinding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for single core flexible copper cable of 70 sqmm cross section area 1100V (in replacement ) conforming to IS:694 including suitable size of pvc pipe from starter to motor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glow Sign Board made out of laminated sheet of size 150 cm x 90 cm x 2.5 mm thick, computerized cut letter of 15 CM long covered with GI sheet of 28 SWG , size 150 cm x 90 cm x 15 cm depth including consisting of lighting arrangement with two No of LED fittings 20 W each, 240 V complete with necessary accessories copper cable 1.5 Sqmm three core for connection from existing eletrical point and mounting on wall with fixing arrangement such as nut, bolts, washers, clamp etc complete all as specified and directed. The following Letters to be cut and place on the Board :-

Collect Sample of water from bore well for testing of " Chemical & Bacteriological tests " from approved laboratory and report submitting to Engr- in -Charge, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out the sedimental materials from Semi UG Sump of capacity 1,25,000 gallons, silt, other foreign material from sump and deposting where directed at a distance not exc. 50m, cleaning all the surface internally and externally with iron brushes with bleaching and including white washing with two coats of lime wash mixed with 0.50% copper sulphate etc complete only externally painting of UG sump complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out the sedimental materials from Semi UG Sump of capacity 75,000 gallons, silt, other foreign material from sump and deposting where directed at a distance not exc. 50m, cleaning all the surface internally and externally with iron brushes with bleaching and including white washing with two coats of lime wash mixed with 0.50% copper sulphate etc complete only externally painting of UG sump complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out the sedimental materials from Over Head Tank of capacity 45,000 gallons, silt, other foreign material from Tank and deposting where directed at a distance not exc. 50m, cleaning all the internal surface with iron brush and bleaching etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out the water from shallow well located at Parmanoo by using sewage pump of suitable capacity and PVC hose pipe to the adjascent Nallah and taking out of mud/silt/foreign material laying inside the well by using conventional engineering method, removing to and depositing in adjascent nallah complete, cleaning all the surface internally with iron brushes, bleaching powder and white washing the external surfaces complete with two coats of lime wash mixed with 0.50% copper sulphate etc complete and painting the steel surfaces inside of tank with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.
