ALL QUOTED RATES IN THIS BOQ OF ALL ITEMS SHALL BE INCLUDING COST OF ALL TAXES AND DUTIES APPLICABLE UP TO DATE , LEAD , LIFT , TRANSPORTATION , LABOUR . NOTHING EXTRA SHALL BE PAID SEPARATELY. Repair works in polished granite flooring by removing existing unserviceable/broken granite flooring, removal of base mortar , providing and laying similar shade and texture polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, all complete as per the architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ( stone grit / artificial sand) , laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab Jet Black, Multi Red, Steel grey , sinduri red , Sadarhalli , Chick Brown, or as approved bt Engineer Incharge. Quoted rate shall be including removing of existing unserviceable/cracked granite , disposing of debris at approved dumping ground within campus , providing and fixing new granite , including grouting with matching pigments as per instruction of Engineer In-charge , etc. complete. Repair works in wood paneling work by providing & fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. By using 1mm thick laminate. Laminate shall be as per approval of Engineer In charge , IISER Pune. Providing and fixing modular false ceiling of Armstrong Bioguard suitable for lab application as approved by Engineer In-charge, confirming to the following specification. Size of the boards:595 X 595 X 15mm with regular edge with 24mm wide "T" grid. Free ends of tees shall be mounted with quick release high tensile spring steel clips to provide a plug in positive lock for easy removal without tools. Suspension points shall not exceed center to center distance of 1200 - 1250 mm and shall be professionally executed with 4-mm GI suspension rod and adjustable J-bolt. Providing and fixing aluminum composite panel in metallic color of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminum composite panel material consisting of 3.5mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between wo Aluminum sheets (each 0.25mm thick). Repairing of grid ceiling 595X595 or 600mm x 600mm including replacing of bend or unserviceable grid ceiling componentents like two feet tee , four feet tee , unserviceable wall angle , main tee , suspending system including the main C carrier , rawl plugs of necessary size , C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket etc. Rate shall be including to replace unserviceable all necessary GI grid channels, perimeter channel , suspender , leveller etc. complete. Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (Two or more coats) Ceiling/wall Painting. Quoted rate shall be including at taxes , duties , royalties , lead, lift , transportation , insurance , , etc. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Approved Makes Nerolac/Dulux/Asian.

Removing of white or color wash/any wall paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth for further painting activity including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete including disposal of scrapped material, cleaning of flooring etc. complete. The item excludes the cost of specials, fittings, valves and mechanical joints, which shall be measured and paid separately.

Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing MS welded specials for Ductile Iron (DI) pipeline works, including bends, tees, 45-degree bends, reducers, end caps, puddle flanges and other required specials as per approved drawings and site conditions, complete with cutting, edge preparation, welding, grinding, testing, and applying approved protective coating/painting wherever required. The item shall also include providing and fixing all necessary nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets, flanges, and accessories required for mechanical joints with DI pipelines, including lowering, aligning, fitting, jointing, and testing complete in all respects. The work shall be carried out as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and shall include all labour, tools, plants, handling, transportation, and incidental charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work.

Deployment of manpower for Terrcae cleaning, shifting material , cleaning roads, shifting deberies or any work assigned by IISER Pune. For attendanace agency should maintain attedance register. Minimum wages as per prescibed by the government shall be paid by the agency.
