Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame 1 hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm.thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Earthwork in all kinds of soil in excavation of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in all kinds of soil including moorum, hard stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P for shoring, shuttering. dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation trenches, plinths sites of foundation, in the space below the grade level slab and other underground structures with good quality river sand (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) laying in layers not exceeding 225mm in thickness, filling watering and compacting/ramming, in each layers or complete as per specification, drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing cement concrete for unreinforced cement concrete works of proportion (1:4:8) with 40mm size crusher broken hard granite (CBHG) metal of approved quality and from approved quarry in foundation bed and floors including cost of labour, materials (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) & equipments for handing transportation, batching, mixing, placing in position vibrating curing for days complete as per specification drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of M20 having minimum compressive strength (working stress) 200kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with 1.5. 456 and 15. 516 using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2" to 3/4") crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of MS. rod/Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills Drain Wall Top Portion (15) cm)

Base

Straightening cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary) coiled/bent up M.S. rods/Tur Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 guage bonding wire required for RCC. work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc., as required for the work complete (weight of binding wires will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Payment will be made on actual weight of MS. rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

First class fly ash Brick work in cement mortar (1:4) in super structure with best quality bricks having crushing strength from 75KG/cm2 to 99Kg/cm/2. immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall well brunt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck includes moulding. chamfering. corbelling etc. complete as per drawing design and specification, watering and curing for 7 days including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour. T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer in charge. (2nd Floor)
