Overhauling & gasket renewal of Stator water cooler and CCW inlet and outlet valves of stator water coolers. a)Dismantling of stator water coolers, CCW boxes covers in both sides of stator water coolers, water boxes, cleaning of tubes, plugging of tubes if necessary, painting the inner side of cooling water boxes by anti-corrosive black paint, replacing the 12 x12mm HR rubber cord with new one and reassembling of the water boxes including the cost of materials.

Hydraulic test of stator water coolers to ensure the healthiness of the cooler.

Assembling the stator water coolers CCW boxes covers, replacing 5mm thickness HR Rubber Gasket with new one and satisfactory commissioning including the cost of materials.

Complete overhauling of Generator Stator water pump (Primary water pumps).

Overhauling of CCW Inlet & Outlet Butterfly valve (DN200mm) in Stator water system.

Plant compressor Inter cooler, After Cooler cleaning work. a)Dismantling /Assembling the Inter cooler / After Cooler bunch then checking for leakage & plugging the leak tubes. Inclusive of Hydro test.

b)Dismantling the oil cooler after isolation of cooling water line. Cleaning of tubes Reassembly of the tube bundle with renewal of ‘O’ ring /gasket. Normalization of the cooling water lines. cleaning oil spillage in the compressor completely.

Service Air Compressor-A Crank Case shaft seal replacement work.a)Disconnection of power cable,De-coupling the motor from compressor and checking (alignment).

Removal of foundation bolts, lifting the motor to a convenient location in the compressor room.

Dismantling of motor pulley, end covers and threading out of the motor.

Charges for dismantling and removal of worn out gear case shaft sleeve and oil seal and renewal of new shaft seal and oil seal in gear case.

Lifting of motor, placing at bed and tightening of foundation bolts, bed bolts etc. after completion of works.

Termination of power cable, coupling the motor with pump, checking the alignment and trial run.

Labour charges for cleaning of After Filter & Pre Filter of Drier, changing the Filter. Opening /Fixing of the outer cover of the Pre filter & After Filter. Removing the ceramic filter candle out of the filter casing, checking the ceramic candle if the blockage is less the candle should be cleaned by the petrol or it is found that the blockage is very high candle should be changed. Cleaning the inner surface of the filter casing, fixing the new/cleaned filter in the position.

Carrying out renewal of Manhole door gasket and overhauling of safety valves of Air receiver Tanks. This work also provides the manhole door gaskets were cut into required size and placed in the door seating area and ensure no air leak was observed during the service. Dismantling the safety valves, inspection and cleaning of the internals, reassembling the valve with the renewal of gasket.
