Short Term Maintenance contract (STMC) Scheme work on NH-56 (Old NH-113) Km 80/000 to 152/800, 153/100 to 156/650, 157/180 to 172/340, 172/850 to 176/540 Pratapgarh-Padi section in the state of Rajasthan

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material up to a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding in 150 mm thickness as per MoRTH specification clause 201. by mechanical means in light jungle

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I. not more than 6 including spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery including T&P with all lead (Compacted thickness to be measured).as per MoRTH specification table 400-1, 400-2, for grading III

Filling pot-holes and patch repairs with bituminous concrete, 40 mm with removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per Clause 503 back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material using 60/70 grade bitumen @ 5.0% of total mix & mixed in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH capacity and carriage with all leads as per clause 509, compacting with smooth wheel roller 8-10 tonne, trimming & finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per MoRTH specification Clause 3004.2

Clearance of landslides in soil and ordinary rock by a bull- dozer D 80 A-12 , 180 HP and disposal of the same on the valley side as per MoRTH specification Clause 3000.

Providing and laying marking of center line and stop line etc with hot thermoplastic compound of approved quality with type-1 glass beeds (Table-800-9) , 2.5 mm thick on road/ plain surface, including reflectorising glass beads type-2 (Table-800-10) @ 250 gms per sqm area with special applicator machine, as per IRC:35 including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control involved. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing 90 cm equilateral triangle

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing,60 cm circular shape

Supplying and fixing of Cat’s Eye made of aluminum alloy size 75x100x22 mm having 21 biconvex lenses embedded in circular disc of ABS plastic on each side.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ ground level, fixed on CRC rolled channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 mm centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground / road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS: 1367 and IS: 1364 , metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per MoRTH specification Clause 811.3.

Supply of Chevron sign of size 75x60 cm made out of aluminum sheet 2 mm thick with fixing provision on M.S. angle iron post 50x50x6 mm 3 M long screwed with stainless steel nut bolts of 8 M dia, plate is covered by high intensity grade yellow retro-reflective sheeting and black screen printed arrow on Retro Reflective Sheet, complete in all respect. Comp. in all respect duly post painted in alternate band of Black/White synthetic enamel paint & hold fast at bottom
