31.300. 1E Supply and installation of DI D/F Swing check valves/non return valves (Make VAG, AVK, Fouress) with body and disk of ductile iron GGG 40/SG 400-12 or equivalent grade as per IS 3896 PART 2-1985 and subsequent revision and disc encapsulated with minimum thickness of 250 microns powder or liquid epoxy coating applied on both body and disc inside and outside, with pressure PN 16 - dia 150mm

31.128. 1B Providing and laying Cast Iron Double flanged pipe conforming to IS specification 1537&7181 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of C.I.pipe from production centre /company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc., complete all as per IS 3114 and CPWD specification. (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -100mm dia.
