Excavation in earthwork in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the 300 and 2100 requirement of technical specification for Rural Road, clause 1603.1, 1603.2 and section of General Conditions for Contract to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner including arrangement of dumping site, trimming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. The recovery for stones, whether useful or not, for 1474.55 cum ( i. e fourteen hundred seventy four and fifty five cubic meter) @ Rupee 300 /= only (Rupees Three hundred ) per cubic meter shall be effected on pro rata basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawings and MORD 2014 technical specification for Rural road , Clause 305.1, 1603.4 and 1101.4 specifications (latest edition) including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unserviceable cut materials in specified manner trimming filling of unevenness blind edge and finishing of the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion bailing out or dewatering as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS;280 and IS;4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh(woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 Kg. each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings MORD technical specification and IRC78 clause 71.1.4 including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size. for plain /reinforced concrete in iopen foundation complete as per drawing and HPPWD technical specification section 800 Clause 1202 and 1203 and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and others incidfentals .

Providing and laying cement concrete grade M-10 (ten ) nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (Twemty millimeter) nominal size. for plain /reinforced concrete in iopen foundation complete icluding form work as per drawing and technical specification section 800 Clause 1202 and 1203 and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and others incidfentals .

Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1303. Rubble stone laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement :3 sand ) with in all leads and lift, carriage of material and others incidental complete in all respect as per directon of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete 900mm diameter pipe NP2 for culvert on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing color with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement : two sand) but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and technical specification clause 1108,with in all leads and lift, carriage of material and others incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer –in-charge.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated Cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement: Four sand :Eight graded stone crushed stone aggregate 25 mm (twenty five millimeters) nominal size for plain concert in foundation and plinth or similar work complete as per drawing and technical specification section 800 Clause 1202 and 1203 and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and others incidfentals .

Providing weep holes in brick masonry /stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutments, wing wall, return wall,with 100mm (One hundred millimeter) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of i (v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1206.6, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and others incidfentals .

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount by mix in place method compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification clause 401 by mix in place method and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and others incidfentals .

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63 mm- to 45 mm Grading-II 75 mm consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template ,hand packing, rolling with thtee wheel roller 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding type-B of size 11.2 mm nominal size at the rate 0.06 cum per ten sqm and to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by mechanical means as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and others incidfentals .

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53 mm to 22.4 mm Grading-III 75 mm consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template ,hand packing, rolling with thtee wheel roller 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding type-B of size 11.2 mm nominal size at the rate 0.06 cum per ten sqm and to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by mechanical means as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and others incidfentals .

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (Zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram per square metre) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing layinf and rolling of close geraded premix surfaceing materials of 25 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (type-A) or 13.20 mm to 0.9 mm (type-B) aggregate using penetratiion grade bitumen to require line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitableplant laying and rolling a three wheel 8-10 KN static roller and finishing to required level and grade as per technical specification clause 509 by mechanical means and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated PCC M-15(Fifteen) nominal mix 1:2.5.:5 ( One cement: Two and half sand :five graded stone 20 mm(twenty millimeters) nominal size for plain concert in foundation and plinth or similar work complete as per drawing and technical specification section 800 for rural roads Clause 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/F of typical NABARD informatory board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6mm (one point six millimeter) thick, top and middle plates duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm X5mm (twenty five into five millimeter) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmX25mmX5mm. (twenty five into twenty five into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded two nos. 75mmX75mm (seventy five in to seventy five millimeter) of 12SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in C.C. M-15 grade blocks of 450mmX450mmX600mm, (four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimeter) 600 mm (six hundred) below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmX47mm of 12S WG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides lettering and painting arrows border etc, will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All section of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 including the cost of form work and hauling of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 (fifteen) grade kilometer stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC: 25 fixing in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and technical specification clause-1703 including hauling of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. i) Ordinary/ Kilometer stone

Provinding and erecting direction and place identification of semi-refletive sign board as per IRC-67 made of 2 mm thick sheet duly stove enameled painrt whilte colour in front and grey colour on back with reflective border of 70 mm width and required message letters , figures with reflective tape of engineering grade as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour supported and welded on two nos 47 mm x 47 mm of 12 SWG square tube of 3050 mm height duly strenghtened by 25 mm x 5 mm MS flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm , 600 mm below ground level as per appoved drawing and technical specification clause 1701 size (0.6 x 0.6 =0.54 sqm ) 8.295 x 0.54 = 4.48
