Providing and Laying rubble soiling below foundation in layers including filling with rubble chips, murum etc comleteas directed.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 40 MSA of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for foundation and bedding with Batching Plant and Transit Mixer including placing, compacting, curing with an initial lead of 1 km and all lifts etc. completed as directed.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 20 MSA of trap/granite/gneiss/ quartzite/graded metal for RCC works of retaining walls, piers, abutments,etc. with Batching Plant & Transit Mixer, shuttering, scaffolding,compacting,curing etc complete with all leads,lifts and levies and taxes.

Providing and laying insitu cement concrete of gradeM 20 of trap/ granite/gneiss/quartzite/graded metal for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway down stream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments, slab etc.with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts etc. complete as directed.(M20 ,20MSa)

Providing & fixing in position T.M.T.-FE-500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for RCCpile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels, pardis, copings , fins,arches,etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules including ,Cutting, bending,hooking the bar, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete with all leads and lifts.

Providing R.C.C. pipe of NP2 class conforming to IS 458 2003 of following diameter including cost of all material and labour required, inspection charges, transportation to stores, transit insurance, loading ,unloading and stacking excluding GST levied by GOI and GOM in all respect etc. complete as directed

Laying and jointing R.C.C. pipe of NP2 class or IRC standard in C.M .1:2 ,proportion by volume including cost of all materials (excluding pipes and collars), labour, aligning pipes, batching and mixing mortar,packing joints with hempand mortar, finishing,curing etc.complete with all lifts as Directed.

Manufacturing with QAP, fabrication, erection, commissioning & testing of Sliding type gate Embedments consisting of following parts. Sill Beam, Track Girder, Vertical Seal & Horizontal Seal assly. Guide Tee & Lining Plate. Anchorages etc. All material used shall conformed to related IS Codes. All material used shall conformed to related IS Codes specified in IS 9349. Mild steel confirming to IS 2062. The tolerances for embeded parts and in components of gate are as per IS 9349. The tolerances between Bushing/Bearing /Pin Should confirm to IS 919 (Part I & II). Other Material includes C.S. (IS1030), Brass (IS 28), P. Bronze (IS 305), Al. Bronze (IS 318), S.S. (IS 6911), Rubber seal (IS 11855), Welding electrodes (AWS E6013 for general weld joints & E7018 for X ray quality weld joints). It includes all materials, Labour charges, machining and machinery charges, 1km lead charges of transportation, loading a and unloading charges of Gate parts at Site, Inspection & Quality control charges, Sand blasting, Painting with one coat of Zinc rich primer on dry film to give total dry film thickness 70 +/- 5 microns and 2 coats of sloventless coal tar epoxy y paint applied to give minimum dry film thickness of 150+/- 5 micron per coat as per IS 14177 .The embedment & gate assembly shall be reasonably water tight, the maximum permissible leakage being not more than 5 liters/min/m wetted length of seal. The surface finish of seal plates should be within the range of 1.6 to 6.3 um (IS 9349).

Back filling up to ground level behind the canal structures etc.complete with suitable material of approved quality in layers not exceeding 20cm without disturbing the structure etc. complete as directed

Providing and constructing 300 mm thick dry rubble stone pitching with pin headers at 2 per sq m using to ne sand stone chips from approved source including cost of all materials, labour ,machinary, handpacking /wedging stone chips, finishing etc.,complete with lead upto 1km and all lifts as directed.

Removing dry silt from the canal bed and stacking as directed with 15mtr. Lead and all lift etc. Complete as directed

Dewatering by pumping out water collected with Diesel or Electrical pumps including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, providing sump and all other ancillary operations whenever necessary etc. complete under specific and indispensable circumstances with prior approval from competent authority with authentic evidence of records justifying dewatering etc. complete as directed .
