Supply, mixing and laying of shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fiber rainforced cementitious moarter as per manufacturer's instruction after application of bonding agent mixing with water as per manufacturer instruction. Mortar is properly compected in the area of rainforcement and finishing it to bring in line with contact with the exesting concrete surface or RCC wall. The mortar should have a minimium compressive strength 20N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 7 N/mm2 in 28 days, minimum tensile strength should be 2.5N/mm2 and water cement ratio of 0.18. The bonding agent should have minimium compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimium flexural strength 6.5N/mm2, complete all as specified and directed. upto 25 mm average thickness and (upto 4 storey of building) NOTE:- Cement and sand mortar in proportion of 1:2 graded coarse sand with polymer admixed in proportions approved.

The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with bldg etc wherever reqd, if feasible, for inspection of wk at reqd locations with essential safety features for workmen etc complete as per dirns and approval of GE.

Note for items No 1.46 & 1.47:- (1) The elevation area of structure (length X breath of building X height of bldg) cover with scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment shall be made one time only for execution of all items each face of bldg / structure. (3) After completion of work al scaffolding mtrls shall be removed from bldg / structure by the contractor and the same shall be the property of the contractor and rate to be quoted by the bidder accordingly.”

M&L for making groove of size 12 mm X 12 mm along the crack line on concrete surface, removing dust, foreign mtrls from crack line by blowing compressed air or other technology as approved by manufacturers and washing of crack line with water and including inserting 12 mm dia aluminium / GI injection nipples along crack line honey combed area including drilling holes as reqd diameters upto depths from 40 mm to 80 mm of half the thickness of member (whichever is less) at reqd spacing as approved by GE and including injection with approved putty (polymer modified cement mortar / polyester putty) and injected cementitious expanding grout admixture mtrls on washing and saturating the cracked surface by gun pumping from top most nipple and down wards and curing of putty completed as per manufactures instruction all as specified and as directed. (Any storey / height of bldg / structure) Note: Cementitious expanding grout admixture mtrls with PVC nozzles shall be measured and paid under respective Sch A item.

Supply & application cementitious expanding grout admixture with the cement slurry at a dosage 225 ml per bag cement and injecting with high pressure grouting pump through non return PVC nozzles prefix with rapid setting cementitious plugging mortar to fill all possible pores and gaps left with in the old concrete mass. When the flow of grout stops or shows refusals or grout flows out from the adjacent nozzle, pumping to be stopped and the nozzle to be tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles to be sealed off with quick setting cementitious plugging mortar. Grouting operation to be carried out through next nozzle till the entire area is covered. The grouting holes to be finished by removing the protruded portion of nozzles and finishing flush with the surface, complete as per manufacturer’s instruction as specified and as directed. (Any storey / height of bldg / structure).

Supply and applying two coats of High performance elastomeric cementitious waterproof coating sandwiched with 45 GSM glass fibre reinforcement on the entire floor and 1.0 m of all walls of all toilets as per following methodology:- Cleaning of exposed concrete surface by mechanical means or by hydro blasting to remove laitance, loose particles, contamination etc. which may hinder bonding. Coving of RCC joints with PCC (1:1.5:3) mixed with Integral Water Proofing compound. Applying one coat of Waterproofing membrane to concrete surfaces followed by application of 45GSM glass fibre on the wet surface. Applying second coat of waterproofing membrane at the right angles to the direction of first coat. Second coat shall be applied after the first coat gets dry. Sprinkling fine aggregate immediately after the application of second coat to get the mechanical key for protective plaster. Curing to Water proofing membrane to be carried out for minimum period of 3 days with ponding complete. The Water Proofing Product Should have Mixed density: 1.68g/cc (brushable consistency). Adhesion to concrete : >1N/mm2. Static crack accommodation: 1mm (upto 04 storey of building).

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (ELECTRICAL WORKS)

Disconnecting the electrification and taking down DBs (any type of SPN DBs) and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing surface and complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Temporary Power supply by temporary connection from nearby sources shall be provided by contractor at own source.

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring any type and size etc and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors, etc matching the existing surface and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sub main wiring two run of single core PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm & one run of PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm as earth lead drawing into rigid non metalic PVC conduit of size 20mm diaand complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Two run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of 4 sqmm cable will be measured as single length.
