REPAIR/ MAINT TO ROOF TREATMENT, SUNKEN FLOOR TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS AND MISC B/R AT PINTO PARK AREA UNDER AGE B/R-II AT GE (AF) PALAM DELHI CANTT

Demolition of concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas slabs; covers and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roof (tiling), staircase landing, floors (other than ground floor) including removal of debrish out of MoD Land including material and labour for necessary scaffolding, safety arrangement and formwork upto G+3 storeys complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing tarfelt including plaster including material and labour for necessary scaffolding, safety arrangement and formwork upto G+3 storeys complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roof (tiling), staircase landing ,floors (other than ground floor) including removal of debrish out of MoD Land including material and labour for necessary scaffolding, safety arrangement and formwork upto G+3 storeys complete all as specified and as directed.

Rooting out trees, flora & fauna and foliage as grown on RCC roof surfaces and brick/stone walls by cutting hole into slabs/walls for digging out roots and using chemical to burn deep rooted tree roots etc and making good dirturb portion of wall/roof with cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18/19mm thick preleminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber framework including 10mm thick IInd class H.W looping all round as in shelves of design as approved by Engineer in charge. etc and including dismantling old boarding any description fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding to maintain slope etc including material and labour for necessary scaffolding, safety arrangement and formwork upto G+3 storeys complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation surface including cleaning of all dirt and providing the following water proofing treatment in narrow width over the roof gutter of stores houses or chajjah/canopy/parapet wall, below PVC/RCC water tanks etc of G+3 storied building accessible / non accessible RCC roof to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus, mass, dust etc by brushing and dusting, sprinkle water on surface, surface shall be levelled with a layer of 20 mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing admixture WPC @3% by weight of as per manufacturer's insturctions. (b) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (c) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/ sqm. (d) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (e) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then sealed/fused by flame and including two coats of water proofing bituminous aluminum paint on top of APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick machine pressed, set & pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and no pigment and cut and polished on roof over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including material and labour for necessary scaffolding, safety arrangement and formwork upto (G+3) storeys complete all as specified and as directed.
