Reinforced cement concrete work in vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers , facias and eaves boards upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement , with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers band, facias and eaves boards.

Providing , hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in lintels, beams, and bressumers including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) , cost of required centering and shuttering but excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level - Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.

Providing and applying ready mixed wall putty (JK / Birla) of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Applying priming coat - with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat).

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface , etc.complete - on concretel work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade - old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr / 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade - old work (one or more coats applied @0.83 ltr /10 sqm).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia .M.S.tube 1.5m centre to centre , horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S.tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S.staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicically, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.)

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) .

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complete (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures).

Providing and fixing brass gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) - 40mm nominal bore.

Chipping the worn out wall and concrete portion using proper tools and removing the loose particles and preparing the surface for treatment with wire brush etc., complete until to reach sound good surface as per the specification of M/s DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd and removing the debries and disposal of the debries etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts upto floor five level.

Removing the loose particles /rust/mill/scale deposits completely duly cleaning it with wire brush/crush sheet etc., and removing the dust over the old concrete surface and supplying a polymer based anticorrosive coating materials CEMPATCH R of DON product Two pack material with a powder and liquid component) and making mechanically until it is homogeneous and applying the same as one rich coat on prepared steel surface 0.50kg/sqm of steel area as per the specification of M/s. DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd as per with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Measurement as per the total area of treatment).

Providing high strength micro concrete CHMPATCH HM @ 27.75 kg/sqm, a DON product over the Quickmast 108 applied area on columns, slabs, beams etc., upto floor five level. (aggregates of 6mm to 12mm chips may be added) (Measurement has to be taken considering 15mm thckness of required surface). For this treatment precise quantity of water ie., 0.15 water powder ratio will be maintained for good mortar consistency as per the specification of M/s DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Mixing a poymeric cementitious primer coat CEMPATCH PRIMER (bonding agent) @ 0.33 Kg/sqm a DON product (Two pack materials with a power and liquid component) throughly with mechanical mixing and applying the mix with brush on the prepared surface of the fins, columns, beams at the new and old concrete joint but the micro concrete should be laid within 4 hours from the time of application as per the specification of M/s DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd with all lead and lift etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-chrge.

Providing high strength plymer modified cementitious repair mortar CEMPATCH N @ 20.74 kg/sqm, a DON product over the primer applied surface of 15mm average thickness to make the surface smooth by trowelling and finishing the surface neat as per the specification of M/s DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd, including all lead and lift Upto floor five level etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing one coat of curing compound SETCRETE 8 @ 0.20litre/sqm a DON product over the plastered surface immediately after deshuttering of concrete surface or final trowelling of plastered surface as per the specification of M/s DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd, including all lead and lift etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish and unserviceable dismantled materials upto 5 kms radius. The rate include incidental charges and loading for transportation by mechanical means.

Providing and fixing 600 X 600 mm C.I cover with frame for manhole cover

Painting with Polyurethane metallic Gold paint of "PREMIUM" brand @ 1.80litres/10sqm with mixing of special thinner @ 0.95 litres/10Sqm to give an even shade on old steel work (one or more coats)
