Supplying, fitting and fixing of two coat track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Painting two coats with any coats over a coat of primer with any approved paint on new wood work including cost conveyance, taxes of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (AR, P-93,Sl-3)

Dismentaling and removing 2.5cm thick A.S. flooring including stacking the usefull materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 mtrs lead as per direction of E.I.C,AR,P-217,sl-12

Fixing tiles in floors treads or steps and landing (Vetrified tile) on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles (Ref -P-89 sl -16 of A/R -06)

Fixing Glaze tiles in dado skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster with neat cement slurry etc complete on 25mm thick bed of cement morter (1:1)etc complete.AR,P-90,sl-17

Wall painting two coats to walls with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work one coat to give an even shade including cost of paint per 1 sqm. etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Ref. P-99, item-20 of A/R- 06). Data 10 sqm

32mm piasal wood or local teak wood panelled shutters moulded panels with all labour, iron fittings and wooden hinged cleats etc. fited and fixed complete in all respect. But excluding the cost of iron fittings.

Fly Ash Brick masonary with Fly Ash Bricks of size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Super Structure etc. complete with all cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes and cess with all labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( Rate per Cum) AR-2006, P-71, Sl-3.

12mm Cement Plaster (1:6) for Brick work including watering & curing with all charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge ( Per Sqm) AR, P-103, SL-4

Finishing walls with water proofing weather paint of approved shade on new work 2 coats to give an even shade including cost of paint including all taxes etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(AR, P-98, Sl.-18)

Earth work in oridinary soil with 5 extra lead over intial lead & lift with intial lead & lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maxmimum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth including all cost , labour, T&P etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.
