Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 125 kVA DG set and allied works at Sewa Bharathi Sewa Dham Vidhya Mandir, New Delhi

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 125 kVA silent Diesel Generator Set, conforming to CPCB-IV+ norms, suitable for continuous duty. The DG set shall deliver rated output at 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase, 4-wire, 0.8 PF, with 1500 RPM, water-cooled diesel engine and brushless synchronous alternator with Class H insulation and AVR.The DG set shall be mounted on a rigid MS skid with anti-vibration mounts and enclosed in a weatherproof acoustic canopy limiting noise to 75 dB(A) at 1 m. It shall be provided with inbuilt control panel with digital metering, 250A AMF Panel, complete safety protections. Scope includes base frame fuel tank, batteries, charger,control cable, exhaust system with silencer, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning. The cost for conducting trial run for 4 hours and all testing and commissioning activities shall be borne by contractor.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 250A, 415V, 3-phase, 4-pole (TPN) changeover switch suitable for switching between two power sources (EB/DG), with AC-23A utilization category, complete with break-before-make mechanism, manual operation, and short circuit withstand capacity min. 25 kA. The switch shall be housed in a powder-coated CRCA enclosure (IP54) with door interlock, position indicator, and RYB indication lamps for both sources, including all internal wiring, control components, and accessories etc

Supply, laying and clamping of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required. 3.5 core 150 sq mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3 1/2 X 150 sq. mm (50mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
