CABLE TRENCH: Excavation in unpaved areas of earth in work sites for conventional cable trenches for a depth upto 1.5 metres including shoring, strutting etc. (if necessary), backfilling the trench, job complete in all respects, including all labour and materials complete as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.

WBM ROAD / CONCRETE BREAKING : WBM Road/concrete breaking for cable trenches including required shoring strutting etc., and repairing of the road/dyke to original condition and disposing off excess materials (within the work site) job complete in all respects including the cost of labour, tools, materials, load, lift hire charges of equipments, if any, complete as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge

Cable Laying Laying of all type of cables HT (PVC / XLPE/ Armoured/ Unarmoured/ Power/ Control/ Signalling) in trenches, in cable racks, in trays, in protective pipes, poles,columns, in conduits, in panels and on structures etc.;including the supply and installation of all required materials such as fixing clamps ,screws, cable straps, tags etc. as required (other than the supply of the conduits, cables, pipes, cable racks, trays, poles, structures and panels) complete in all respect, including cost of all labour, tools, consumable materials etc. and cutting the cables in required lengths as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete in coulmns, beams, slab all work in superstructure as directed where necessary and curing with water.complete in all respects including the cost of all materials. (excluding cost of reinforcement,centering and shuttering and finishing) 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand: 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nom.) in foundation and plinth excluding form work and the cost reinforcement bars.

Providing brickwork with best quality locally available brick of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth with cement mortar , curing all labour and materials complete In 1:4 cement sand mortar (1 cement : 4 medium coarse sand )

Supply and laying of approved quality 75 mm thick second class brick flat soling with sand filling in the interstices, in cable trenches for protectionincluding the cost of all brick and sand, labour, load and lift charges , tools and tackles etc , as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and spreading of approved quality fine dry river sand in cable trenches including the cost of all material, transport, load and lift charges, labour, tools and tackles, consumables etc , as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.

6.6 KV (E) CAST RESIN COMPOUND INDOOR PVC/XLPE CABLE ARMOURED ALUMINIUM END TERMINATION (INCLUDING COST OF END TERMINATION KIT) Providing end termination of power cable including cutting, stripping, providing & fixing of lugs, cable insulation, providing & glanding single/double compression heavy duty brass cable gland conforming to IS-12943 , providing aluminium lugs, crimping/soldering, as necessary, restoration of insulation/ clamping of cable, tagging with aluminium tag,earthing of armour, connection to the equipment terminals etc. all complete with labour including travel, transportation, boarding and lodging of the cable jointer and materials as per standard and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Make of kits shall be of RAYCHEM / M-SEAL / 3M type. 1 x 1000 sqmm

11KV/ 6.6 KV(U) (HEAT SHRINKABLE OUTDOOR PVC/XLPE CABLE END TERMINATION (INCLUDING COST OF END TERMINATION KIT) Providing end termination of power cable including cutting, stripping, providing & fixing of lugs, cable insulation, providing aluminium lugs, crimping/soldering, as necessary, restoration of insulation/ clamping of cable, tagging with aluminium tag,earthing of armour, connection to the equipment terminals etc. all complete with labour including travel,transportation, boarding and lodging of the cable jointer and materials as per standard and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Make of kits shall be of RAYCHEM / M-SEAL / 3M. 1 x 1000 sqmm.

Supply and fixing of earth bus bar of GI flat of following size on wall etc. with a clearance of 6 mm from the wall with spacing insulator GI rack bolts wherever necessary including drilling 6 mm dia holes at about 25 mm apart complete with double nuts, washers GI machine tools etc. all complete with labour and materials as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 50X6MM GI FLAT

Providing and laying medium quality, Class-B galvanised steel pipes of Tata / Jindal or approved equivalent make conforming to IS-1239 [Part-I] in underground trenches, on steel, concrete or similar structures including cutting, threading, bending, supply & installation of supports, clamps, small iron structures, spacer, seats, plugs, bush, fittings / fixtures like bends, tees, nipples, reducers etc. all complete as per specification, drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Item includes sealing of pipe ends & joints with bushes and bitumen based fillings and such other mislaneous works so as to make piping water tight. (100 mm dia)
