Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 upto any lead as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying spreading and compacting granular sub base grading-1 by providing well graded crushed material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 401 in grading-I material and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 in single layer and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface spraying primer @ 0.70 kg to 1.00 kg (zero point seventy kilogram to one kilogram) per square meter using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg (zero point twenty five kilogram to zero point thirty kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 50 mm (fifty millimeter )thick dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 (one hundred desh one hundred twenty) TPH HMP producing an average output of 75(seventy five tonne ) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 at the rate of 4.0 to 4.5 (four to four decimal five percent) by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD specification clause 505 complete in all respects including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax ,goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimeter ) thick bituminious concrete with 100-120 (one hundred dash one hundredtwenty ) TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes(seventy five tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminious binder VG-30 at the rate minimum 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six per cent) by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix material to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD spoecification clause 507 complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentials.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
